The figure was close, and she then knew it was someone. She swam close, and did notice then, that it was Dean. She knew it had to be someone, and always knew that it was most likely Dean, but was never sure, until now. He swam fast towards her, and once he was right next to her, a whimper like noise made it to her throat. She was wonderfully glad to see him. Once he grabbed onto her, she also reached for him.

"I was worried." Selia merely said.

She didn't want to let go, she was afraid, never ever being in this situation before, she was at a complete blank as to what they should do, unless Dean tried to teleport more, but something told her that he would be tired from the swim to use more energy to use his power more. She didn't know how to get out of this first disaster, it was frightening, she could hardly think, but she kept telling herself to be strong, and that they will get out of this, it was a speed bump, like she said before, but how does one get out of it?

While she kept trying to stay above, every stroke at the water she took, she felt more and more tired tired and weak. How much longer could they keep this up?

Dean was exhausted, there was no denying it, but he had to remain afloat and think of something. Quick. He didn't dare let go of Selia, not even risking losing her again. His legs were tired form wading and kicking the water for so long, and so her his arms, but he had to think up a way out of this mess. This storm.

"I was worried."

"Me too," Dean said lightly, kissing Selia on the forehead. He took a look around, trying to see if he could find any sign of their boat or land or anything. But with the darkness of the sky and the thickness of the rain, he was lucky to even see anything. They had to get out of there, and he knew that he'd have to teleport, but he was just so tired, he didn't know if he could. but he had to. He'd never used his power while so weak, but if it meant saving Selia from possible death while just beginning their journey, then he'd risk it."I'm going to teleport us, okay?"

She felt safer around Dean for some reason, even though, no matter what, being in water with a storm about wasn't safe no matter what. She just felt better with him around, maybe because she was afraid she wouldn't see Dean again. She didn't exactly know why. She held onto him tighter when a wave crashed over them, once it past, Selia coughed slightly.

"I'm going to teleport us, okay?"

"Okay." She replied, and waiting for him to teleport, and hoped that they will land on ground. She closed her eyes tightly. She wanted out of this storm.

"Okay."

All Dean wanted was to get out of the storm, to b safe on dry land. He'd been stuck in water for so long, he was almost beginning to forget how great dry land was. When Nitar and said okay, he had to concentrate, although it was quite hard while still trying to remain afloat. Dean kept picturing and concentrating on the dock where they had departed on their so far horrible journey.

And they were gone in an instant.

A few seconds later, Dean and Selia reappeared, yet again in water. When Dean felt nothing below him just the depth of the sea, he wanted to scream, to yell out in anger. Like they didn't teleport or anything. But when he opened his eyes, he realize done thing; they had teleported, and away from the storm. Dean gave a weak sigh of relief and went to say something to Selia, but no words would come out. Just a gasp of air. He was too weak to even talk. Soon, Dean could feel his grip on Selia growing looser, and his vision was going foggy, he couldn't focus on anything. He could just feel himself falling into the depths of the ocean. It may not have been a wise choice for him to teleport, but at least he got Selia safe, which was what matter most. To him.

Then, he teleported, and sadly, they landed in water, and Selia mumbled a short curse, but then, they were away from the storm. As she waded in the water, she took a glance around, the storm wasn't here, but she saw dark clouds far away, it was almost impossible to see then, and she turned around and saw land. She smiled wide, though it was quickly gone, as she looked at Dean.

It must have been hard for him to do this, teleported twice, the second weak from swimming. "Dean?... I need to get you to land." She said, mostly talking to herself. She was worried. She Wrapped an arm around Dean, under his arms, and she went to swim towards shore, kicking her legs. It was slow trying to get there, but she was getting closer to land.

Soon, her foot scrap ground.

Dean was almost ready to pas out from being so weak, but they had to get to dry land. He tried to ope his eyes, but only managed to open them halfway; they were just so heavy to lift. He looked up ahead and saw land, and a small smile grew on the corner of his lips.He had to muster up enough energy to be able to swim to safety. They were away from the storm and so close to dry land, he could make it.There were small waves that would pass through them, and at one point, Dean slipped underneath the wave and didn't realize it until he was short of breath. He did his best to pull himself up and resurface, and he did, though a bit weaker now then before.

"Dean?... I need to get you to land."

Selia was right, they had to get to land. He made an effort to gave a nod, but he went a bit too low and dunked his head completely in the water. "I need...to get you to land..." He said, doing his best to wipe the water from his eyes. Selia wrapped her arm around his and began swimming them to land. Dean tried to help, knowing he wasn't the only one tired and Selia must've been pretty tired as well, so he'd try to help move things along quicker by trying to kick or something, though his legs felt so dead and heavy that he didn't really make much of a difference.

After a while, Dean felt something that he'd thought he'd never feel again. Solid ground.Selia had done it, she'd reached land. If he wasn't so weak, he'd have kissed her, but he was, so he didn't. With his feet on the soft sand, Dean began pulling himself and Selia closer to a more shallow part of the land, so they could sit down and rest. A few moments later, Dean had managed to reach the shore, and the second he did, he collapsed.

She continued to swim towards land, with Dean, who seemed to try to help. She was sad, that he didn't have much energy left from teleporting, but thats what all of the students at the academy are like, use your powers a bit to often, and you get tired, and weak, Selia can be like that at times, when she uses her lightning powers to often.

"I need...to get you to land..."

She looked at him, as she swam. Then at the water, not wanting to look ahead, for fear that they weren't getting closer, even though, she knew they were. Then, unexpectedly, as she looked up, her feet touched the sand. She smiled, seeing that land was close. She started to walk on the sand, still holding Dean. She stumble a couple times, feeling weak.

They reached shore, and right then, Dean fell. She caught him with the arm around him, and laid him down on the ground. She fell to her knees. Breathing in deeply. She was so happy to be on land once again, it was wonderful. She felt so tired, she wanted to sleep, but knew she couldn't. She looked up, and around, the place they got to. It was a wide beach it seemed, sand and rocks everywhere. Far off, there was a slope up, and then a tree line. She would have to sometime go up there and see, but not now.

She leaned over Dean. Hoping he would be fine.

Dean was so exhausted, and collapsing right there on solid land felt so nice he could've simply died there. And part of him felt that he would die there, but he knew he couldn't. He was just so tired and weak that he felt he simply couldn't go on, but what was he saying to himself? That was no way to make himself feel stronger. He couldn't be that big of a wimp after one small storm. If he acted like that now, so early in the adventure, imagine how he'd act later on when things get harder.Dean had to toughen up, especially for Selia.

After a few minutes of him just lying there, completely disconnected form the real world, he felt that he'd regain at least 50% of his strength. He opened his eyes, squinting at the bright light from the sun and jumped slightly when he realized that Selia was leaning over him. He leaned back on his elbows, wincing slightly at the pain he felt in his back, and gave her a small hopeful smile. "Well, looks like we made it. Safe and sound."

She waited, fear seeping into her heart and eyes, but she banished it quickly, not about to fall victim to fear. Fearing was a foolish thing, even though, she had just recently in the storm felt fear. Then he opened his eyes, and jumped when seeing Selia over him. A Smile played over her face, her eyes brightened cheerfully, and she sat in a more comfortable position. She shivered slightly. She was wet, and cold after being in terrible sea water.

"Well, looks like we made it. Safe and sound."

"Yes. We did. That was not a very good way to start an adventure, but they always have there bumps." She said, smiling. She looked towards the ocean, not even seeing dark clouds. She wondered about the other people on the boat, and she bit her lip thinking about them, then shook her head. There was nothing she could do for them. If most of them were lucky, they will survive.

"Yes. We did. That was not a very good way to start an adventure, but they always have there bumps."

Dean gave a small laugh, knowing that Selia did have a point, and wondered why he hadn't thought for it before. Though either way it wouldn't have mattered because he would've still gone on the adventure no matter what. He watched her as she looked over to the ocean and bit her bottom lip. He had a feeling she was thinking about the others on the boat, either that or going back to the Academy and forgetting about the whole thing. It was most likely the others on the boat.

The boy looked around him, trying to figure out where they were exactly. It wasn't the exact place where they had departed from, but for all he knew, it could just be another part of the beach. He looked behind him, wincing yet again from the pain in his back to which he still hadn't a clue the reason, and noticed a large slope with a tree line. If they got up there, they could most likely figure out where they were, and possibly get some food.

Dean looked back towards Selia and rubbed her shoulder with on hand, while continuing to lean on the other. "So, you okay?" Sure, it was a slightly random question, coming out of the blue, but he was worried about Selia, and since he cared a lot about her, he wanted - needed to know how she was doing.
