William was sitting and the edge of the field with his eyes closed, waiting for the two members of his club to show up. He hadn't yet come up with a full course with which he wanted to challenge Trinni, but he was confident enough that he would come up with something right on time... Which was, by the way, in about two minutes. He hopped that didn't intend to be late on the first day, because, for that, he already had prepared a severe punishment.

Warrior was sitting near him his tall figure also unmoving, seemingly frozen in place, as Spirit slept lazily by his side, in between two human figures, his tail softly brushing against William's leg as if it was keeping him safe, before moving on to Warrior, trying to irritate the reaction out of him. Both figures stayed silent at that.

Opening his eyes and raising his head, William looked at the Sun and concluded that they were indeed late. Well. Seems he does have a course for Trinni in the end.

Zachary pulled into the nearest parking spot and took off running. He wasn't really too worried about being late but he wanted to at least not be super late and decided that being in his human form wouldn't be so bad for helping to stop that problem.

It didn't take long at all to arrive on the field, thus disillusioning him. The leaving of his apartment on time would have made a difference but his little run didn't. On the up side he would get to see Trini, but since she wasn't there when he arrived she wouldn't be the first face that he saw.
"I'm sorry I'm late, classes ran over." He explained, leaving the part about going to his apartment to get food after class out.

Trini walked out of the main building, her coat tied around her waist as she sauntered down to the sport's field where she was sure William would be waiting for her with the rest of the club members. She hadn't the slightest of ideas what she was getting herself into, but she wasn't afraid, nor was she worried about being late. It was a club, what was he going to do? Punish her? No, that would be overkill; he'd probably just scold her, tell her not to make a habit of it, nothing too extravagent, right? By time she reached the fields she was probably about ten minutes late and was surprised to see Zachary standing over a reclining William.

"Oh, hey, fancy seeing you here," she adjusted the strap of her messenger bag on her shoulder and smiled over at him specifically before turning to face William and Spirit...and- the smile on her face faded, "Who's that?"

She stopped and stared pointedly at the statue like figure that seemed to loom over William. She had never seen the man on campus before and was a little put off by the way he stood so still, almost like he couldn't move...or just didn't want to. It gave her the creeps but she figured if he was going to be a member of the sports club she shouldn't be so outwardly rude about it.

"...." she stood in silence for a quick moment, her mouth set in a thin line of uncertainty as she stared at the mask on the man's face before she dropped her gaze to William, "Did I...miss...something?"

William stayed silent for about a second, his cold eyes going over both Zachary and Trini before they settled on her, his gazy like steel.

Nothing much. he answered, his voice deep and coarse. Only the part about coming on time on trainings. Then again he turned his eyes like steel towards Zachary that goes for the both of you.

The wind picked up again in that moment of silence that followed his words, and he silently took a wristband off his hand, using it tie his hair.

Ten laps around the field. he said suddenly, his head bent down so he could reach the back of his neck, And I hope you are ready to run, because the Warrior will be leading, he said, pointing to the silent figure behind his back. And for each time he passes you, you will rune five more laps. Go.

Warrior? Ten laps around the field? He had to be joking. The wolf in him was giddy about running for the first time potentially as a wolf. The alpha in him was insulted about having been given orders. When confronted with the two causalities pertaining to the reason for his feelings in either direction he decided to go for the wolf aspect.
"Deal, but if one of us passes him the five extra laps get taken off of both of us." He added with a grin, partially because of the alpha, and partially because he wanted a little wiggle room to correct any errors he made during the run.
"Makes it more of a team effort right?" He asked.

Trini felt a chill run down her spine when William glared up at her. The iciness in his tone making her shiver visibly and want to wrap the coat she had been wearing around her waist, back up and on her arms. She didn't think that being a little late to a club meeting would make him so angry, was this the same William she had talked to in the lobby? Or out in the courtyard? She guessed that during each conversation and time he had seemed a little snippy with her, but this felt weird. Like his friendly personality had totally been ripped from his body and all that was left was an angry husk.

"Um, ten laps?" she gave Zachary a side longed glance before looking back to who William introduced as the Warrior, "Alright...but don't you think that's a little much-"

Her words were interrupted by Zachary's eagerness to get going and make things into more of a 'team effort'. She wasn't sure exactly how she felt about what was going on at the moment and how suddenly it had been thrust upon her, but she knew that she had made a deal with William about her joining the club. Her mouth set in a determined line, if ten laps was what he wanted then ten laps is what he would get. Dropping her bag where she stood, she whipped the coat from around her waist, letting it flutter to the ground as well, and took off jogging for the track, removing the hair tie she had around her wrist and using it to hold back her hair in a short pony tail.

"Come on then, let's show him what we're made of!" she half smirked back at Zachary and gave a challenging nod to the stoic Warrior before turning away from them and letting her tennis shoes hit the dirt track and her natural speed take her bolting around the bend.

William was still tying his hair when Zachary spoke, immediately followed by Trini passing right by him, hitting the track immediately.

This is not a deal, Zachary. he said, locking his cold, black eyes with the other boy. This is a punishment for being late. But., William smiled widely, brightly, on the surface, but something in his smile, or perhaps it was that look in his eyes, could still make shivers go down any snake's, and accused serial killer's, spine. It was a predator's smile.

Since this is the first time,, he shrugged his shoulders one by one, stretching them, I will take your idea under consideration. He looked after Trini and the red dust she was leaving behind, before he smiled again, even wider. Though you would to better following Trini's example., he said, nodding his head in her direction. As the number of laps just increased to ten for each time Warrior passes you, with five laps being taken off for each time any of you passes him, and you are still here.

Warrior started running the second William gave his approval, his silent feet barely hitting the ground as he passed Trini within the second.

That's ten. William said looking at Zachary. Will it be twenty? Warrior was already half way across the field.

Ok, a little side note/conversation here considering how many times will Warrior pass Zachary and Trini, and Zachary and Trini Warrior. I think it would be realistic to say that he could pass them about three times during those 10 leps if they use their full speed, considering that here he is still quite light, and fast, simply a spiritual creature that doesn't even have a full material body. As far as them passing him goes, I don't know what Trini's natural speed is, but since Zach is a wolf, I think he could catch up once or twice. I hope you don't find this god moding, but if you do, simply say so and we will find another order. Also, I don't really have William's 'special course' planned, which means I'm winging it, and that there will be a lot of running, and later fighting both William and Warrior xD Hope you agree with that also

Zachary slid into a running stance, originally he considered using rage but opted not to use his powers in this case. It was important to remain physically fit in human form as well. Rage would have caught him up to warrior, but that wouldn't do much for Trini. As he ran he attempted to think up a strategy, but what it boiled down to was having Trini ride him, which would reveal his powers to William and he wasn't planning on that. At current the only ones that knew about his powers were her and Louisette and he intended to keep it that way for now. That being said Garou still had the powers of the spirits and altitude equals speed according to the corax.

With his run he took the ready to jump and he wanted to grab Trini.
"Hey if you're ready we can probably jump ahead of him if I leap with you." He suggested mid run which of course made it a bit harder to keep his heart rate regular during their run.

—————————

If it gets too bad I can burn rage to run faster and Jaguars are pretty quick in the animal kingdom if I recall. It it's a foot race I'll cheat a bit since jumping ahead with trini is still technically participating in the race if she agrees. I don't know if Trini has something in mind but it could be fun.

Trini felt a cold wind whip past her, causing her to look up in time to see a shadow pass her that looked suspiciously like that stoic man from before.

"Hey!" she called out after him, "That's cheating!"

She felt a twinge of something beginning in her chest, but didn't want to call it hate. Was it jealousy? Was she jealous that he had just whisked by her without even the slightest bit of effort. No, that wasn't the right word for this. It was like a fire, burning a deep hole in her chest and urging her to run faster. Competitivo. That was the word; she was fiercely competitive and what was happening right then meant she was losing and Trini didn't lose.

"Hey-"

Was all she heard from Zachary as he suddenly appeared beside her. The roaring that had began in her ears drowned out the rest of what he had to say, making any reply impossible as she huffed in annoyance and dug deeper into the ground to pick up a little more speed.

"No voy a perder*," she growled before bolting away from Zachary in an attempt to somehow catch up with whatever the hell that thing was. The thought graced the back of her mind that it was another creature like Spirit, which honestly didn't help her to realize what exactly she was dealing with seeing as how she still didn't really know what Spirit was in the first place. Kicking herself into overdrive, she pushed harder reaching a full on sprint as she attempted to pass Warrior and get back what little pride she could from this surprise competition.

*I won't lose.

((So...what can we do about this? I wouldn't mind if Warrior lapped them and it effected William in some way in terms of power draining? I feel like it'd take a lot out of him to have to keep his summons summoned for so long...especially since he has two of them out. I'm not sure how William's powers work exactly, but that's an idea. Also, if we wanted to continue along the "Warrior laps them with no limitations" Trini is eventually going to lose her temper and get into an argument with someone, which can result in more fighting or just a really angry Trini until someone backs down.))

William watched them run with cold eyes. He could practically feel the fire burning within Trini as she watched Warrior pass her by, and her determination to do just the same. Zachary soon caught up to her, something that showed that boy himself was also faster than it was normal. William shifted his gaze to Warrior. His speed had dropped to something closer to normal, as that first outburst of strength was just that-an outburst. Still, it meant that they both had 10 additional laps already. Even if they manage to pass him once, losing the five additional laps as it was agreed, the creature was still a lap ahead of them right now, and if he kept at that by the end of the race, they would surely have at least 5 more laps to run by then. Not much, but still enough. He just needed their speed to drop a little for the next game.

((OOC- I never planned that 'Warrior laps them with no limitations' as you said, I only planned for three times, at most, and perhaps just the same amount from them, since that would leave with 15 additional laps at this count, or, if you don't agree, which you have a full right to, something lesser. As far as William's powers go, yes, having both of them out drains him, but only in the long term. In the short term, he feels better if nothing else as he has Warrior's powers to drain on to enhance his own strength, however, timeline vise, in this tread William has Warrior in between one and four days, since Rise to Power had to happen between this and Let there be blood, which was roughly around Thursday in-character-vise, so he pretty much can't do anything big with him, yet. On the other hand, Warrior is still almost completely a spirit because of that, which gives him great powers, but I intended from the beginning to put a bunch a restrictions to him once a 'real fight' started. And, in the end, as you can see, that first lap was one-time-took them by surprise kind of deal, because I thought it was dramatic like that. Also, I made this so this talking can go faster, but I'm in a hurry right now so I'll have to leave it at this))
