Private The Monster Mash, The Great Halloween Bash

Haritia was thrilled beyond belief. She had a lot of assumptions about her new roommates when she decided to move into this house, but they had already bashed a number of them. Who the heck throws a house party only days after a bunch of strangers move in? The sphinx couldn't even remember who first suggested it, but she had a feeling she was going to get along well with these people.

Setting up had been a ton of fun all on its own, too. Shockingly, the sphinx even helped out with some of the heavy lifting (or sliding, rather) to get the furniture out of the way. Although, she did make up for that by stealing some of the tidbits they were putting out when the others weren't looking.

Now that the music was pumping and the house had filled up quite considerably, the woman stood in the living room, bobbing lightly to the music as she sipped at the punch that was finally beginning to make her feel just a little sillier. She had thought it was funny earlier, but as she glanced down at the red, beer-pong-kind cup in her hand, she still found herself snickering about it all these hours later.

But Haritia was getting bored of dancing and laughing at the dumb cup. She stepped out of the living room and began to wander back to the snack bar, keeping an eye out for anyone she could pester.

Honestly things were looking super up for Diana. Well it seemed like things were looking up. Up to this point, Diana was kinda a loner and never had a place to call a home since being chosen. Sooo having a cool halloween house warming like this was honestly lit as fuck for her.
Plus it's a party. Diana can't really remember the last time she has been to a party.
She had fun setting things up for the party with her new housemates. More fun than she had in the past few years.

Diana was able to get the money up to get a costume fairly easy. She was dressed up in a wonder woman costume. It was one of those cheap costumes that was based more off the classic version of her costume, star pattern skirt & all. There she mostly stick with riding around on Frío and pretended he was her "invisible jet."

The sphinx almost didn't hear her as Liliana squeezed through the crowd. Haritia grinned brightly as the girl approached, and even brighter as she noticed a second one of her roommates close by.

"I haven't seen them!" she replied loudly over the music. Maybe a little louder than was necessary. "I've been dancing this whole time! What've you guys been doin'?"

Isabella was in an imbalanced mood pacing back and forth in her bedroom, triple-checking herself and her things. Parties had never been a problem for her, or people, but this wasn't her usual party. The atmosphere of the modern-day didn't really compare to what she was used to. While some things never changed others did. The music was different, her current events were a thing of the past, and the overall teenage culture seemed to have shifted.

Isabella sighed as she adjusted her hat one last time. Her costume was a timeless one and one no one could say didn't fit. With her wide-brimmed hat tilted upward Isabella's witch costume was perfected. The long black robes were something her parents found in their attic and the purple ribbon tied around her waist kept it from dragging the floor. With a mental Lets Do This pushing her forward Isabella made her way toward the party.

The number of people who attended made her wonder who did the advertising for the event. The house was a sea of people and part of her wonder if she had missed any crowd surfing. Her first thought was to find one of her housemates and see what she had missed or if they needed anything. Decorating the house with them had been one of the highlights since her awakening due to the sheer normalcy of it all. The girls and Theo seemed to be a cool group of people and so far she was glad for her fortune in housemates.

Slipping and sliding through the myriad of people Isabella was finally capable of spotting someone. The cat ears on Liliana were cute and thanks to seeing her earlier she didn't mistake her for some of the literal feline humanoids wandering around. Not far from her was Haritia, who seemed to have been enjoying herself a great deal already, and Diana who proudly embodied old school Wonderwoman.

"Did one of you put an ad in the paper...I didn't think we'd get this many." Isabella gestured to the grander party chuckling a bit as a few loud cheers rose from another part of the house.

Theo sighed, as he was often prone to doing. He lacked a proper costume, he'd forgotten to get one while he was out. That said he did manage to throw on some casual clothes for the party. Once again, he was the only guy in his current residence. He was beginning to wonder if that was a curse, or maybe it was a blessing. It was kind of hard to tell.

He gave himself one final look in the mirror, made sure he tucked his valuables away, and then finally headed downstairs. He found his roommates quickly enough. "What's up guys?" he asked as he joined the group.

Well the party was indeed a party. This was basically like the parties she saw on TV and stuff. Diana assumed it was just going be a party between the housemates but hey more people so its whatever, "it's party fuck yeah whoop whoop indeed random person!" Is basically what Diana was thinking at this point.

"Roomies! Heeeeey." She said as she waved to her fellow housemates from the back of her invisible wolf friend. She casually hopped of Frío and approached the others. She said somethings in spanish and mostly just seemed to be talking to herself before petting the air and waving something off. "Frío will be guarding the outside so nothing super big decides to-" Diana awkwardly stopped speaking because that won't really affect anyone here except for her.

"Things shouuuld be fine except for little shits sneaking in." Diana finshed as it appeared that something was tugging on her tiara before her just punching the air. "Things should be totally fine."

Diana turned to look at Theo who wasn't in any cool costume. "Dios mio Theo, where's your costume?!"
