It was Claire's first real time being in the student lounge. It wasn't her typical place to be, as it felt a bit, too big and blocky for her taste in places. As her being a much more 'outside person', at the moment, of course, that was were she would rather be. Everything was worth a shot though.

Claire had gotten her friend Tara's number earlier on Valentine's day, but to her unluckiness, she didn't have a phone at the moment, so she scratched that idea. That whole day was a bit too fun for her. Claire wasn't the least bit mad at her, but she was a bit confused as to why she ran out so rapidly. That in itself was worth seeing her again, to get and explanation.

Tara was a nice girl though. She had given Claire something that she had needed for a long time, fun. Maybe she would see a familiar face here? Or maybe she would just sit in the room until she felt that she could take no more. Either way it was going to at least be interesting. Brushing off her navy blue worn out jeans, she started leaning back a bit on the chair she was on. Claire surveyed the room before putting her hands to her side and relaxing a bit. In a way, she had to admit to herself that it was kind of nice, just to stop for a second and relax.

Sighing a bit, she moved a bit to her left side, tilting her head in that direction, and moving her left leg closer to the chair. So what if it looked weird? It wasn't like it was inappropriate of something, so it shouldn't matter. Claire batted her eyes to make sure that she wasn't going to fall asleep, not needing to. Looking to the left, she watched as people around her did other more, productive things while she just sat there. Claire then re-positioned herself to the front, making sure that her back wasn't too arched as she struggled to make herself a bit proper, having no idea why she was doing it.

Turning her head again to the side, Claire saw something familiar. A girl, crocheting, or at least she thought that it was that. Perplexed, Claire got up from her chair and started to walk over to the female. Was it one of her friends? It wasn't as if the girl was hidden, but for some reason she couldn't think of the name of the girl. As she neared closer, she stopped for a second, remembering. Tara. It was Tara. Smiling, she thought of something to say. "Hey! Are you okay?" That was pathetic. Why would she come up with something so bland?

It was nice to see that at least she was a bit better, though her face didn't say so. Claire studied the girl for a second, knowing that it was something else. She smirked a bit and nodded at Tara. "Okay." She smiled a bit and stared at her. "And it's fine, it was kind of shocking but I don't mind. It's in the past." "That's good I guess." She paused. "Though I haven't gotten the flu so I wouldn't know." She laughed a bit and looked down. "What are you making?"
