He shook his head and wiped off the twigs/leaves from his clothes when he awkwardly landed on the tree. At least she had gotten him away from the wolves, for now. But with her unconscious, he deemed her useless. He wasn't even able to get to the tree she was in, so he simply climbed down from his tree and left her there. Not that he necessarily would have done anything for her if she had been reachable.

Unfortunately for Baine, wolves have incredible speed and smell. Especially Dire Wolves. It wasn't long before he was surrounded by a bunch of the wolves and their Dire pack leader.

Violet woke up heaving any food she had eaten in the last few hours. Once her stomach was completely empty, she moved to stand, only to fall from the branch she was on. She crashed threw small branches and seemed to hit every large one head-on. She would deffinately have scratches and cuts from that, and be very bruised and sore.

Fortunately, she grabbed hold of a strong piece of wood before she could crash to the ground. Sighing, she slowly eased her way down the rest of the tree until she was on firm ground.

With a slight smile that she was finally safe, she began looking around for Baine. She growned when she saw that the wolves were surrounding him again.

Baine was quite tired and unable to properly defend himself from the wolves. While the scythe was strong enough to defeat them in a single blow, he was unable to kill them fast enough. Soon, he was pinned to the ground by the pack leader, unable to call upon the scythe's power.

Wondering how many more times she would have to save Baine and how many more times she would get sick, Violet flew over and kicked hard at the wolves. Slightly distracted, they all looked up at her. At that moment she made another swift kick to all of their faces.

As soon as the help arrived, he jumped up back to his feet and quickly swung at the dire wolf, which amazingly stepped backwards and avoided it. Both Baine and the wolf exchanged blows, but unfortunately for the wolf, The End of Dreams paid no heed to any sort of tough hide or armor. It quickly fell to the power of darkness, just like its weaker brethren.

Violet let herself wearily fly and crash against a tree, which she then rested against. She glared at Baine. "I'm never rescuing you again," she vowed. "Now, can we please go find the others now?"

"If there are any others.." He said as the scythe vanished from his hand and he sat down to catch his breath, "they'd be dead by now. I don't see any smoke or fire as if something crashed, no type of signal flare to grab the attention of any potential rescuers, nothing. I'm starting to think this whole 'downed plane' of yours is a lie. I know for sure I didn't come here on a plane."

As he spoke, Violet's mind realized that the whole plane crash had been a lie. So as she stood, her limp disappeared also. She was still miffed at him for needing to be rescued so very much, but now she wasn't mad at him for not helping her find 'the others'. "So how do we get out of here?" She still thought this was some type of island though. And so after she asked the question, her mind wondered how they were going to get off of it.

Violet frowned at him. "There was no plane...are you messing with my mind?" She sighed and began walking.
