The Cross Fox, located in The Underground of Manta Carlos City, is the island's oldest and most well-known Strip Club.

Appearance:
The Exterior:
The Cross Fox is located in a beautiful, red-brick building at the intersection of the city and the underground. As a testament to the name, the building is cross shaped, although this is difficult to tell due to it's placement on the street side and the fact that it occupies a square space.
The entrance way has two, large red columns attesting to the time when it was a bank or maybe a firehall. (The overall history of the building is not clear, partially because the owner insists on changing the origin story.) Regardless, large braziers of fire hang from the wrought-iron decorations, illuminating the dark red door and making the white foxes painted on the door appear to flicker and move.
The logo for the building is a large triple X made up of leaping foxes. The entrance way is roped off and applicants are screened before entering. Though technically admission is restricted to ages 18+, security is known for allowing older minors to sneak through.
The Interior:
The windowless building is appropriately set up to entertain clients and has a dark red and purple color scheme. Hanging lanterns and glass chandeliers provide a seductive, hazy illumination.
The X-shaped building has three stages that jut out towards the center, each with several poles, ensuring that there is no bad seat in the house and to minimize competition between the dancers.
The center of the x is bar, and the seating falls around the bar to face each of the stages. The bar is stocked with a variety of liquors from all price ranges, and some more magical products as well. Patrons who want to buy a dancer a drink are encouraged to buy them water or a stamina enhancer instead of alcohol.
The final 'wing' of the X-shaped building is a champagne room with a private bar separated from the rest of the bar by a large, shrine wall featuring brass fox statues and the opportunity to donate money to one of the island charity organizations.
Because the building takes up a square lot, the Cross Fox also features 4 small outdoor areas with koi ponds, small bridges, and zen gardens. The area out here is secluded and private, and it's rumored that sometimes favors and other activities occur here...
These areas are more often used during the summer time and are hidden from the street by high brick walls. Attempts to climb the walls and peer over from the top are almost impossible due to the magic imbedded in them. The walls are also feature ruin engravings preventing scrying and other magical means of peeping.
The Staff Sections:
The Cross Fox emphasizes teamwork over competition, making it a surprisingly friendly and fiercely protective environment. The dressing rooms are located beneath each stage, so that when a staff member heads to the stage, he or she seems to appear from thin air. They feature private shower stalls, comfortable couches, and lockers for staff to store their belongings.
The dancers enter the building from a secret entrance in the restaurant across the street to help ensure their safety. The Cross Fox hires dancers of all genders and offers a competitive salary along with the full collection of tips, minus a 10% deduction to the house.
Illusion magic is available to the dancers to change their appearance to help protect their identity...and to provide a little more entertainment for the clients. Dancers and bartenders are forbidden from drinking or taking drugs while working, with the exception being in the champagne room. Dancers who are bought drinks are instead given colored water.
The interior of the rounded bar is a multilevel room that houses security and the office of the manager. The one-day mirror allows whoever is inside to have an ample view of the club at all times. Additionally, there is a private entrance to the upstairs apartment that is very easy to miss without being aware of its existence.
There is also a staff healer kept on call to handle any emergencies, although there hasn't been a disaster at the Cross Fox since 1882.
