The Cottage:
Despite her wealth, Yoka's permanent residence is a small, quaint cabin nestled on by a patch of woods in a meadow that separates the agricultural district from the residential districts. There is a small mailbox at the end of the gated driveway and a sign that denotes the area as Swift Fox Gardens: Private Property.

The exterior of Yoka's cottage is quaint stone and latticework with ivy built up the sides. There is a chimney coming from the top and the front door is wooden, rounded, and features a fox-head knocker. Closer inspection will reveal that many protective spells have been engraved into the molding and stonework themselves.
The Cottage Interior:
The interior of Yoka's cottage blends together rustic details with modern sensibilities. With a small, cozy living area, a loft, and one bedroom and bath, Yoka's cottage is the perfect getaway for a woman who enjoys living alone. A large, stone fireplace in the living room is matched with wooden floors, comfortable grey couches, and a beautiful area rug.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with granite counter tops and a center island. A cozy pendent light provides warmth. Her bedroom reflects to posh and sensual personality of the occupant itself and features many large bamboo plants, silk sheets, and a large queen-sized bed.
The Basement:
The secret of Yoka's cottage is the large basement that runs beneath the cottage and throughout the grounds itself. Consisting of many tunnels and walls covered in curtains, it is very easy to become lost in the area. Yoka uses her basement as a storage for the many unique goods she has curated over her lifetime. Many of the artifacts are magical in nature.
The entrance to the basement is actually within Yoka's fireplace and is very narrow and difficult to fit through. The easiest way to enter is to be a small fox capable of shapeshifting to operate the grate.
The Grounds:
Swift Fox Gardens is not exactly fenced in, but stone walls mark the property line. Much of the grounds themselves are wildflower meadows that bloom beautifully in the spring time. A gate at the end of the driveway is the only way for vehicles to enter.

The grounds themselves feature a wildflower garden throughout much of the property. A cultivated English garden surrounds the immediate cottage area and features stone benches, walkways, and a small fountain. The area is pleasant and relaxing.
Further into the distance is a freshwater brook and a patch of woodlands.
The Hedgemaze:
The most notable feature of Swift Fox Gardens is the large hedgemaze that takes up much of the back yard of Yoka's property. When viewed from above, the maze reveals that it is in the shape of a magical seal: either a protective seal or a summoning seal depending on the occupant's purposes. Various points of the hedgemaze have sculptures and ritual symbols marked into them. The ground is periodically consecrated. Demons may periodically feel uncomfortable.
There is an undercurrent of magic when the maze is active, but otherwise it is quiet and appears and feels like a normal maze.
Other features:
There is occasionally a Tank parked in the driveway of Swift Fox Gardens.
Yoka owns an Audi that she keeps housed in a garage on the property. She hates the stereotype about Asian drivers and is extremely comptetent behind the wheel; sometimes, she'll drag race. Yoka really wants a motorcycle but hasn't purchased one yet. She prefers to be driven, anyway.
