Vin nodded a few times. He didn't know enough English words for all of this but damned if he couldn't try. This culture, Jeriya's worries, they eluded him when he felt they shouldn't have.
"Do not worry, Jeri. I am just hoping you are not holding back because of something. Yes? That would be... disappointing?" Then Vinanye pulled Jeri into a tight hug. Dating was weird for sure and the gem just didn't get any of it.

"Holding ba-" He started, before the hug that he received sent shivers of warm and delight throughout his body. It was so nice to feel as loved as he did in those moments. He hugged the man back, snuggling into him for a few seconds. It was so nice to be able to be in someone's arms, without them wanting to hurt you. When they pulled away, Jeriya just had to lean and give his boyfriend a kiss. "I'll let you know if that ever happens, okay? I don't want you to feel bad because of my own thoughts though, so enjoy yourself and enjoy this run."
Vinanye kissed Jeriya back. He was still inexperienced in the ways of physical contact, but he was eager to receive it nonetheless. Vinnie continued snuggling Jeri once their kiss was broken. He wrapped his arm around Jeriya's back as they walked down the hall, looking for good places to stick the posters.
"I do not think I want to do this next election," Vin admitted, looking a little sick.

When he kissed back, it surprised Jeriya a lot more than he had expected. He put a hand on his shoulder, melting into it for the quicks seconds that it lasted for. When he wrapped an arm around his back, he did he same thing as they walked down the halls together. If Vinnie looked over, his face would be bright red with emotions. This was like something out of a movie and he wasn't sure what to say. "Oh? Why is that honey?" Of course, he thought that Vinanye was the perfect candidate.
"Human politics confuse me," Vinanye admitted with a slight blush. He stopped and sat the two of them down on a bench so he could rest his head on Jeriya's shoulder. "I do not like being in these leadership spots. I would rather help using Starlight Academy's clubs, like the Political Alliance. Oh! Did you plan on joining? I am thinking of making a Fae club. So many seem to not know about their culture."

He was so cute, like a little perfect person. He needed to stop though, otherwise he would slowly start to fall too much in love with him. They were still so young in their relationship, so he needed to understand that he couldn't be overly pushy. "Oh, yeah I think that you being in clubs would maybe be better." He kissed his forehead, worried. "You seem stressed out about all of this, you know?" For a second, he considered it. "Well, if you're in it, I may just do that honey."
"I am, a little," Vinnie admitted, lying back on the bench and stretching out across Jeriya with a relaxed sigh. "What clubs do you plan on joining? I want to join the Political Alliance, and I am in the Art Club, along with the cute animal club! But I do not want you joining a club only because I am there!"

"Hm, well I haven't really thought about it that much you know." Not that clubs there a big thing, but there was a big level of commitment that Jeriya had to get past with that. SO much and changed in the past few months, so many things that he was insecure about. "The thing is, I'll be happy if it's something that I can enjoy, on top of being with you, you know?" The smile he gave off showed how much me meant it. Jeriya decided that it was okay to just sit there and stare at his future, wondering what the journey ahead would hold.~
