The Manta Carlos Print is a weekly newspaper, highlighting major in-character announcements for all characters to read. The articles are a mix of planned and spontaneous events, and players are encouraged to submit their own stories for the paper. Out of character, the paper is published at least once a month, depending on the number of major stories.
