Songs in the Streets: Music Festival
Summer is in full-swing on the Manta Carlos Islands and it's time for the annual music festival! The streets are closed off to traffic and are instead lined with food vendors, artists, and entertainers, while bands play at every intersection. The air is filled with the sound of music and the delicious smell of freshly-cooked foods of every flavor and variety imaginable. Some of the local businesses are offering free snacks or entertainment to encourage visitors, too!
At night, Manta Carlos City hosts a fireworks display that fills the sky over the islands with brilliant colors and dazzling lights.
