"If you say so." He looked back up at the slowly lowering sun. He stared at it for a bit too long and lifted his glasses to rub his eyes.
"...It was too beautiful to look away..." He had never felt that way about something as trivial as the sun before, how strange.
She smiled softly. "Well, then don't look directly at it next time." She looked at the colorful sky.
"Are you suggesting I look directly at you, instead?" He laughed before sitting down next to her.
Rae blushed and shook her head. "No....but if you'd rather do that..." She lifted her eyelashes and smiled at him.
"Why is your face all red? Are you embarrassed?" It was obvious to him that she was, but he couldn't help but point it out.
