"Further!" He jumped up. "I must examine what is down this tunnel!"
This isn't going to end well.
Corona ignored Paul's pessimistic remark and continued down the tunnel. He also whistled as if nothing could possibly go wrong.

Rae sighed and followed him. "If we die....well, then we die. But I'm gonna make sure you die first...or maybe I should, this way I don't have to watch you die...."
He took a turn and stopped. About two-dozen feet in front of them several red lasers crossed the hallway from wall to wall. It was impossible to cross without hitting one of them.
"Huh." Corona walked up to the lasers and studied them. What manner of light was this? He never saw something like this before. Before Rae or Paul could possibly say anything, a curious finger crossed one of the lasers. A loud rumble was heard. He turned around to see the wall open and a gigantic boulder start rolling towards them Indiana Jones-style.
"How cliche." He remarked, not seeming the least bit worried at the rolling stone of death that was coming towards them.

Rae's eyes widened and she backed up to the wall, flattening herself against it. "Uh, Corona...?" She said hesitantly.
"I'm not familiar with human customs, but I believe this is the part where we run." He took her hand and began pulling her down the hall as the boulder came rushing towards them.
Rae almost tripped a few times, but forced herself to keep running. The tunnel gradually narrowed and glancing back, saw that the blouder was rammed in, stuck between the walls. She stopped running.
He stopped running and turned back to the stopped boulder. "We can't go back from here, I guess. We're stuck going to wherever this leads.." He shrugged. "Are you alright?"
Besides not hardly being able to breathe, she was fine. She nodded and put her hands on her sides, taking deep breaths. "Fine. You?"
"I'm starting to think this structure was made by something intelligent, and set those traps so we don't enter. Don't you agree? It seems strange to me all that was a coincidence, yes?"
