"Opposite of...?" Rae stopped herself from finishing the question. This conversation subject was boring her. "So, how long do you think it will take for us to get back to the academy?"

He didn't seem to mind at all that she changed the subject. "I don't really know. An hour maybe? I wasn't really paying attention to where we were walking, honestly. I was sort of just following your lead. So if we get lost, don't blame me." He smiled.
Rae grinned. "Actually, I could blame you. Because you distracted me alot and so it'd kinda be your fault...."
"I thought you were ignoring me because I was annoying? I guess you weren't really ignoring me that whole time, huh? I must've been doing something to distract you from paying attention to where we were going..."
"Okay, you could me," she said in a flat tone. "I wasn't ignoring you...just giving you the silent treatment." She looked up at him and frowned slightly in thought.
"While your response didn't seem serious at all, my question most definitely was..." He shrugged.
