Vinnie walked along the beach, bucket in hand, as he picked up brightly colored shells. He had invited Sherry along with him to collect the shells and use them to decorate whatever they pleased. It was childish and unfocused, but Vin didn't care.
He picked up a white one stripped in black and showed it off to Sherry, grinning. "Look at this one!"

This was almost too cute for words. As Sherry had been invited, there was no way that she would be able to say no to someone like Vinnie. Though she was still getting to know him, it wasn't that hard to have fun while in his presence. "That is beautiful!" The girl uttered out, jumping in place before she got closer to inspect it. What a pretty shell! "I haven't found anything noteworthy yet.... Where you looking for any in particular?"

"Okay!" She smiled, moving to the left of him and grabbing a handful of shells herself. Looking through them and taking the ones that were broken and to so pretty ones. She put them into a little baggy that she had gotten for them. "This is so fun! I find an orange one! I didn't think that, I thought they were just plain colors!"
"Ohh!" She raced over there, wanting to feel the coolness of the water on her feet, even though she was wearing little flats with her outfit at that moment. She didn't want to get her school uniform's shows all dirty, that was for sure! With a quick kick of her feet, the water splashed all around her, which seemed to give way to numberous shells. "Ohhh!" Sherry leaned over and showed her a rather unique handful of them.
"Yes! See! This is where they all hide," Vinnie said as he pointed to Sherry's hand. Most of the shells here were smooth from the constant pressure of water, and many of them shone in the light of the sun. Vinnie dug his hand around under water before pulling out a large, speckled and shining white one. He added it to the collection. "What kind of thing will you want to make with all the shells? We could make a shell statue!"

Sherry was pleased with her response, feeling as thought she was really contributing. She placed all the shells in her bag before looking at the one that she had gotten. "So pretty!" She exclaimed, getting a little too excited for a few shells. "A shell statue! Oh I love that idea!" She bent down and picked up another handful. "Or... Shell necklaces and bracelets...?"
"I'm glad you like it!" It was a heartfelt idea of course, knowing how sweet the two of them were. Sherry paused to put her shells in, hearing the sweet clacking of the many shells mingling together. "Hmm, coral would be pretty too! I hope there is some on the beach and that we don't have to go deep sea diving though!" Her giggle shared a bit of uneasiness with it, as the idea of actually going down in the water was scary.
