Cynthia leaned back in her stool feeling good that she managed to impress Yoka.

"I know a guy." she said winking.

She finished her drink since another was apparently on the way, she was having fun today, which was unexpected.

"Maybe after we finish the stuff we have going we can have a few. Its the kind of thing you have to do at home though."

One time Cynthia had done some Kinder Eggs and then went outside. Bad Idea.

"Definitely," Yoka said. "If you have the product and are willing to share, I will definitely compensate you."

Yoka wasn't just going to let her employee treat her to a delicious kinder egg without treating her first. Yoka ordered another drink for herself, spilled half of it, and then drank the rest.

"Cynthia," Yoka said. "Do you carry a purse? I don't..I don't know if mine is big enough for all the pomegranites."

Another of Yoka's tails was visible and was curled into a question mark behind her. She was wasted. Yoka was holding a clutch. No pomegranates would fit in that.

Cynthia looked around her, nope she didnt have a purse, she did have a wallet in her pocket.

"Nope. Maybe we can buy a bag at the grocery store, you know how they are, they dont wanna use plastic bags cause itll ruin the environment and all that, and then they give you dirty looks when you ask for plastic bags. What a bunch of assholes."

Cynthia ended her rant and drank about half of her drink, she was a little emotional thinking about those asshole cashiers at the grocery store.

"I don't really like plastic bags," Yoka admitted. "I can never get them open. I have a million of those fabric bags, but i like the ones that fold flat so you can fit them inside your wallet or your bra if needed."

Yoka snapped her fingers.

"okay, cynthia baby, let's get some POMEGRATINNESSS!"

Yoka didn't get up from the chair. She looked down at her feet and frowned. Her heels were pinching her feet.

"Cynnnthiiaaaaaaaaa," she said. "How far is three miles? is that far?"

Woah. Shed have to buy one of those folding bags that sounded useful.

"Three miles... Thats about thirty minutes on foot. We can probably just get another cab, I can pay for it."

Thirty minutes was for sure too far to walk, screw that they could get an Uber. You can get more money, but you can never get more time... Except they where both immortals... So... That dosnt work.

"do they even have cabs at this hour of the century?" Yoka slurred. SHe took a step off the barstool and then fell, but luckily, she steadied herself by grabbing onto Cynthia's chest.

"Hot damn," Yoka said. "Thanks girl, these sweater puppies are definitely great for more than bringing in the big bucks."

And then Yoka was crawling up the stairs and outside. A car slowed down and she opened it and said, "CYNTHIA. THIS MAN SAYS WE CAN GET INTO HIS VAN."

That was an awkward grab, but ok.

"Yeah some can agencies run 24/7 so we should... Oh youre gone..." before Cynthia could finish Yoka was crawling away, she quickly followed after her.

"Oh gods lets not get in some strangers van. I dont think thats a good idea unless he has some verification that hes part of a legit taxi service."

She looked through her phone a tad franticly.

"Yeah yeah I can just call one."

"Are you sure you don't want to go in the cool van?" Yoka said.

She wombled back to where Cynthia was at and waved goodbye to the van dude. Her feet really hurt. Yoka took off her heels and looked down at her feet. They were looking more like fox paws as the evening went by. That was probably why her feet hurt.

"What the hell is an uber? Is that the same thing as being p4wned?" Yoka asked her. She took another sip of the soy sauce. it was tasting better now. She passed it to Cynthia.

"Uber is like a taxi service but its way better and they usually let you play your own music over the speakers, and sit in the front seat. Also are you turning into a fox?"

Cynthia push the bottle of soy sauce away, but not in like ruff way, in a way that said "oh I don't want this"

"Yeah, I just called one over, itll get here in like 2 minutes or so."

Yoka was slowly turning into a fox, this could be a problem... How would she be able to throw pies as a fox, and where would her clothes go?

"Yes, I think I am," Yoka said. She waggled her tails and then turned in a circle too quickly when she saw something out of the corner of her eyes.

"Is there something behind me?" Yoka siad.

She chased after her tails for a moment and then, when she caught one, she stood there stroking it. It was very soft. They should make coats out of foxes. Yoka wouldn't wear one because that'd be awkward but they were super soft.

"Are you going to play music over the speakers?" Yoka asked her. "I will play some music right now."

Yoka snapped her fingers and tried to summon up some of her fox fire to make an illusion, but since she was drunk, instead of playing some music there was a sound like a mariachi band for about 15 seconds and then it stopped.

Yoka bowed.

"I put bethoven to shame"
