Satsuki's Legacy

Yoka was giving her puppy dog eyes, which was weird because she was a fox, and Cynthia was a cat, who naturally did not like dogs. She needed an excuse to not go out with Yoka, not that she didnt like her, but Cynthia wasnt the type to go out at night, or during the day, or during the afternoon, or the evening.

"Well my show isnt done yet, it still has 5 minutes left."

That would work, she needed to finish her show and she was pretty sure Yoka hated Powerful Rangers, maybe shed go out on her own now.

Her plan didnt work, now Yoka was in her house... ok, well shed probably leave when she saw the show. Cynthia followed her and plopped down on the couch ontop of her big pile of blankets. She flipped the show back on.

"We... we cant win..." Neo Pink said, she had just been knocked down by the monster of the week, Smash Grip, but Pink was always a quitter.

"No Neo Pink! We can still win this fight... we need TAKYON..." Neo Purple was a thinker, she was smart and never gave up, she was Cynthias favorite this season.

The team all assembled and pulled out their weapons. "Alright team! Charge up the TAKYON!" they did their cool poses and pointed their weapons to eachother, causing them to morph into one huge canon that they all held together.

"TAKYON FIRE" the theme song to the show played as they blasted straight through the monster of the week, and he exploded.

The team all celebrated by jumping up and doing victory poses, and then they got a call...

"Neo Rangers... I dont know what just happend, you destroyed the last monster but... once you did it opend up a huge above the city! I dont know whats going on?!" it was their leader, but what was he talking about? The episode faded to black and the credits started.

Cynthia has almost forgeten that Yoka was next to her and leaned back in her couch. "Woah... I have to update my blog" she quickly got up and ran to her computer, signing into her blog.

Cynthia stopped typing and turned her computer chair to face Yoka. She figured she would've left by now.

"Well I dont know, it could be a lot of things, all we can go right now is speculate. Im thinking that those monsters wernt supposed to be destroyed, and they where like gatekeepers. Theres defiantly something evil in that portal, and those monsters where probably keeping it in."

She tapped her chin in thought. "Hmmm... maybe... OH MY GOD!" she spun back around and kept typing on her keyboard.

"What if their mission leader was manipulating them! What if he aggravated all the monsters to make them want to attack humans, and then he formed the Neo Rangers in order to kill them all and open up this portal? OH MY GOD!"

Yoka brought up an interesting point about Neo Purple. "Well that actually got brought up in some of the early episodes. Mostly its tradition that Red is the leader, but Purple is a lot smarter in this one. She argues with him early in the show that she should lead the team, but when they try it it dosnt go very well. So she mostly provides plans and tactics for the others."

Purple was defiantly the best character this season, Cynthia planned on getting figures of her as soon as they came out.

"I guess its a little unfair." she thought about it a little more, Red was the leader but he sure was incompetent sometimes, Purple would make for a better leader, but if they did that the fanboys would flip out and rage.

"You know you should probably watch the rest of the show, if you want I can put some uh..." she suspiciously cleared her voice"files onto a usb for you..."
