"Nice," Hitome said in response to the other girl's gushing over Evanescence, "Though I usually prefer male bands, myself. D'you know AFI? They're really good. Their lyrics are amazing, too. It's all just so powerful! Gorgeous stuff, y'know?" She pulled out an mp3 player from her bag and a huge pair of speakers from her suitcase. It appeared that the speakers took up almost a quarter of the space in her luggage. To herself, she thought, 'I probably should have brought more clothes. But jeans are cheap and easy to get everywhere, and school t-shirts are plenty suficient to go running through the forest.'
"I've never thought about using my magnetism to break out of jail," she pondered, tapping a finger against her chin thoughtfully, "Though I suppose it would work, in theory. But I'd only do it if I though the person who was in jail didn't deserve to be. Because if you do something wrong and then are stupid enough to get caught, you deserve to wallow in a cell for a while, I think."
"Expression's always good. That's why I love music; it's just so expressive. The words the writers use, the beat and tempo and style the musicians choose; they all go into making a song express something just so powerfully-" She cut herself off, sighing in remembered bliss. It looked as if she barely recalled she had someone she was talking to. "-It's all just so gorgeous." Breaking out of her trance, she shook her head and smiled at Ember. "I love words. Languages can be so beautiful."
