So, because of the way I'm changing it, incorporating the old into the new as well, I feel like it needs approval, so I want approval if I can, and I'm not sure where to put this so I went here.
If it's accepted, I suppose I'll edit Pierce's profile and post the update there as an edit, taking out the old.
Pierce's old power/s that I want to change:
Powers: ****Sparky's Note**** I am putting these powers here for approval, but IC it's supposed to be at this point that Pierce has never actually been seen using his powers and it is assumed by some that he does not actually have any, or is in general a mystery as to what they might be.
"My troop and I, we used to live for the fight. Each of us, though, we loved different parts of it. Honestly, whether it was sadism and a natural curiosity, the feeling of dancing and gyrating a person's hot and sweaty body against another with life itself on the line, a personal sense of justice and a hunger for revenge, or to incite dark emotions in other people to make you feel alive, it didn't matter. Long story short, we were murderers and we were damned good at it."
(Stronger) Soul Guide: Pierce has the powers of a Soul Guide, somebody who has the job of finding dead souls in this world and helping them pass on to the next world, and a little bit beside. Naturally, he is able to see, hear, and talk with spirits. Unlike most Soul Guides, however, Pierce can actually physically interact with the dead and disembodied souls, and with people who are in a state of astral projection.
There are four souls he has carried with him for over five hundred years. These souls "live" in the amulets on his left arm. The Bat Soul usually appears as a ball of darkness. The Yin-Yang Soul usually appears as either a peaceful orb of water or a jagged shard of ice. The Cat Soul usually shows up as a ball of fire. The Snake Soul usually shows up as a ball of light, much like a star. These four souls, while they cannot interact with the physical realm except for with Pierce,\, have their own minds and can offer him advice or talk with him if he calls on them and has them materialize themselves. When his power is boosted, three of these four souls can change from their respective appearances to what they once looked like in life. The Snake Soul, however, can do this any time it wants, though only from the torso up. This is what she looks like.

(Weaker) Immortal: Technically, Pierce can still be killed. He just comes back a day later. Whenever Pierce dies, or is murdered, his body becomes paralyzed, a black light envelops him and anything small nonliving and non-magical he's touching, whether it be a piece of food, a book, somebody's weapon or clothing, or something to that effect, and he disappears. Twenty-four hours later, on the dot, he will re-appear somewhere within a two-mile radius. He will have forgotten the last hour before his death, whatever he was touching will re-materialize with him, and there is a chance some of his other memories will have disappeared as well. All diseases, wounds, poisons, and scars will be as if they never happened, excluding the claw marks on his face, and any missing limbs he has will have been regenerated.
Also, his weapons, but I'm cutting out the "normal weapons", eliminating them except for "three different wooden bows and six quivers of twenty arrows, two katana, two katara" which are still locked up in display cases in his RV and therefore decorative items in his RV, basically. His "Special weapon" stands but like all but his main power, the "construct form" as I'm going to call it, it **only** gets pulled out in **special** cases.
Kay, so that's his OLD stuff, this is what I want to change his power to:
Main power: "Wikd Black"
Description: Wikd "Pierce" Black is the embodied perceptive idea of "the darkness in people's hearts" or, more specifically, he is a combined mass of perceptive idea that is based off the darkness in people's hearts which consists of things like fear, anger, anxiety, sadness, greed, sexual lust, doubt, pain, loss, regret, desires to hurt other people, the feeling a person has done something bad, wrong, or evil, and so on and so forth. In other words, "Pierce" is a gigantic spiritual mass of magical energy based on people's feelings and perceptions that was forced into sentience. Normally, he'd be kind of like a shape-shifter being, driven insane long ago, because his physical form and personality would be entirely determined by the ideas and perceptions of what he should be by ***everybody*** around him. However, the four metal bars in his arm have special runes written into them and, so long as they are in his arm, keep him forced into one physical body and into one physical personality, sealing away his powers and making him into something one might consider a magical construct, or a magical golem. It means because he is essentially a soul, a mass of magical energy, a spirit, and a physical body all at once he is in both the spiritual realm and the physical realm always simultaneously when in physical form, ,eaning any attack that targets his spirit also hits his physical body and vice-versa. True, it allows him to physically interact with ghosts, spirits, and anything on the astral plane, as well as have a physical humanoid body with slightly enhanced strength and reflexes that doesn't age (think American Marine in active duty as a Black Ops agent). But, it means he is vulnerable to any attack that targets the physical or the spiritual body, such as exorcisms or spirit wards, and swords or guns. When this "construct" takes mortal damage, it turns pitch black and disperses for 24 hours into pure magical energy that also takes with it any nonliving small objects attached to it and then respawns itself fully repaired. In other words, Pierce is a self-repairing magical construct/golem/"thing" that is actually a mass of magic whose powers have been sealed into physical form. Also, on a side note, anybody looking into his eyes, the "windows of the soul", will only see their own darkness and shadows of their heart reflected back at them. Why? Because "Pierce" is a construct/golem/thing, and doesn't actually have a soul, except the soul of your shadows. Tee hee.
While people have tried to destroy all four metal bars simultaneously, or at least within milliseconds of each other, they are nearly indestructible in the first place, and it seems when one is destroyed that automatically regenerate themselves in about three milliseconds. It is believed there are more hidden away from whomever made those four somewhere in the world, and until all of them are brought together and destroyed, the thing known as "Wikd Black" cannot be permanently killed, or at least dispersed back into a non-sentient mass of magical energy.
From these four bars, he dangles off four Spirit-Houses where he has sealed in four souls of his "dead friends." These souls "live" in the amulets on his left arm. The Bat Soul usually appears as a ball of darkness. It does not seem to be a complete soul and is very weak, physically. The Yin-Yang Soul usually appears as either a peaceful orb of water or a jagged shard of ice. It seems to be more in favor or sexually flirting or teasing and trying to mindfuck people or frustrate them with questions that make it sound like she knows a secret the listener doesn't and misleading statements. The Cat Soul usually shows up as a ball of fire and while it usually shows up to make jokes and laugh, it's the soul of a cat-girl and can be extremely ferocious when provoked. To date, it is the only soul that has ever went "physical" in order to fight for him. The Snake Soul usually shows up as a ball of light, much like a star and seems only there to offer guidance and advice, with honest care and concern and a desire to help people work out their thoughts in an attempt to guide them down a path of light and wisdom. These four souls, while they cannot interact with the physical realm except for with Pierce, have their own minds and can offer him advice or talk with him if he calls on them and has them materialize themselves. When his power is boosted, these four souls can change from their respective appearances to what they once looked like in life, having their appearance be either what they looked like at the moment of death or at any other time of their choosing. Their form is purely whatever they wish it to be, since it's nothing more than the soul's mental projection of its own memories. While boosted, these souls are also able to interact with the physical world for up to twenty minutes, with less time the more they interact with the physical world in much bigger ways. Just picking up and holding a pencil can cut them down to five minutes, depending on how powerful the boost they received is and several other factors. In a combat scenario, they would only have perhaps ten seconds or less to "physical" themselves and do anything noteworthy. They usually need to spend several weeks "sleeping" and "recovering" from such massive energy usage. They do not have any magic or powers while they are interacting with the world, it should be noted- they can only use their "physical" body to interact with the world.
The Snake Soul, identity unknown, seems to be somebody who once loved Pierce. She has gone "physical" before to wrap her arms around him and hug him tightly and kiss him on the cheek. This is what she looks like.

Unsealed Form: When the four bars in Wikd Black's arm are taken out, for whatever reason, Pierce enters his "unsealed" form, where his magic is no longer locked away. By targeting a single person, his shape changes to be some kind of humanoid or bestial that's either symbolic, metaphorical, or literal in appearance to some sort of darkness within their heart. He gains more power the more people are in the area he's in with darkness in their hearts, but loses power against a person the more "light" there is in their heart (examples: the feeling of righteousness or justice, innocence, love, kindness, courage, happiness, et cetera). His powers and abilities, excluding his ability to launch masses of magic that are only as strong against a person as the shadows of their heart and only as weak as the light in their heart is bright, become almost purely defined by whatever darkness resides in their heart- essentially, fighting against Pierce Black in his unreleased form is fighting against your own negative emotions, regrets, doubts, fears, etc. Obviously, if there are two people present, he must "target" one of them and base his form and powers off that person, but since he is a spiritual being, a mass of magic, while physical attacks against his body are only about a fifth as effective as they would be against a normal human, he is three times more vulnerable to any attack based off magic or that targets a spiritual being. In his "unreleased form", he can also be captured and sealed inside some objects if the proper ritual is performed, much like a djinn.
If it's accepted, I suppose I'll edit Pierce's profile and post the update there as an edit, taking out the old.

Special Weapon: Pierce has a special weapon hidden in his RV from his days when he wasn't just a "veteran" but was active and supposedly an elite warrior of some sort. While his camper has been inspected by police before, they don't actually know it's there: in its dormant form, it looks like a purely metal bo staff, six feet long, thick, with grooves all along the length of it. When Pierce is using it, the blacksmith who made it added in a special feature that reacts with his blood: the ends of the staff can disappear into the center of the handle which is about the length of one of his hands, so it can become a double-bladed staff. He can also choose to collpase only one end to make it into a half-staff, half-spear type of deal. It can also split apart in the middle of the handle, and then the two handles can extend, making a pair of twin blades, built in the style of katana. Naturally, this weapon was custom-made for him and is naturally indestructible and self-repairing, but because of his past, he keeps it in a case lined with black velvet locked with seven locks and hidden in a secret panel of his RV.The police do not know of his secret panel and therefore do not actually know this weapon exists.
Normal Weapons: In addition to his special weapon, Pierce has a lot of weaponry lying around. This, however, has all been cataloged by the police department and is safely stored in several footlockers and safes. with AT LEAST four padlocks, number locks, and eye, thumb, or fingerprint recognition devices on them all. There are eleven shuriken, nine kunai, three different wooden bows and six quivers of twenty arrows, two katana, two katara, one wakizashi, three sai, and two Nordic hand axes. He claims they once belonged to his unit and has alarms on each case that lead directly to the police station in case if they are ever opened. All these weapons are dated to at least five hundred years ago, are mostly of Japanese or Chinese design, with some German influence on a couple of them, and all have insurance on them. He keeps them locked up in the luggage compartments of his SUV on the outside because he claims he cannot stand to look at them most of the time.
