Footsteps were surprisingly quiet upon the ground, not making too much of a crunch upon the snow. She was sick of making noise and was doing her best to keep silent. Dirty-blonde hair was pulled back into a pony-tail, and swaying side to side just a tiny bit as the girl walked. The girls blue eyes were turned to the ground, and her hands were stuffed inside the pockets of her black coat. The fourteen-year-old sighed quietly, not knowing why she had even come out here in the first place.
Oh, that was right. It was actually quiet here. That academy was filled with people, and the amount of noise had been beginning to give her a headache. It wasn't that she hated people or hated being around people, it was just that it was getting to her somewhat. Out here it was a lot better; there were less people, there was less noise, and it was just... well, peaceful. And considering what had been going on lately, with that thing after Jira, she needed some peace.
Jaden finally looked up. The sky was a little bit cloudy, and it wasn't that warm out. Ah, well. Anything was better than being cooped up inside all day. Besides, who knew, maybe she would meet someone. She didn't really care, since one person was a lot better and less noisier than hundreds. Plus, there was always the fact that she didn't know many people here and needed more friends, so in a way she was hoping she'd at least come across someone.
