"Oh, you don't have to be sorry." said Ian smiling as he looked up at the walls. "wow.." he said, "Never seen anythign liek this before, pretty cool." he looked slowly from one side to the other looking at all the crystals on the walls.
"Now if only I could figure out how to get them out of the walls. It's what I have been trying to do all morning." She said honestly, she had been here since the early morning and still no luck.
Ian walked over to the wall and looked at them closer, "hmm.." he grab held of one and yanked on it but nothing happened, "Their really in there." said ian stepping back and looking at the wall.
"Yeah I know. I was walking deeper in the cave but I had to stop because there wasn't much light and well mostly because I'm a chicken but that's not the point. I think someone was here recently." Kacey said.
"Why?" asked Ian as he looked off into the cave, "I could go back and see what is there is you want." said ian, "maybe some of the crystals are like, not attached back there."
Kacey frowned, "I'll tell you what I'm afraid of if you promise not to make fun of me. You can come with me and maybe I won't be so scared....." She said as a smiled returned.
"Okay, I promise, I wouldn't make fun of you even if you hadn't said that, everyone has something they don't like or that they are afraid of." Ian smiled, "and yes, I'll come with you."
"Ok......I'm a little tiny bit afraid of the dark. But only a little." Kacey said not really wanting to admitted it. "It was really dark....really really." Kacey said with a sigh.
"Oh." said Ian, "That's fine, a lot of people are afraid of the dark." Ian took Kacey's hand, "You want to go back there and see what is back there?" he asked as he slowly started to walk towards the cavern.
