Peace and Quiet

Ian walked a little afrther into the woods. He had decided this morning that he was just goignt o look around the wilderness a bit and see what there was to see. He came to a river with a small waterfall in it and some rocks. Cool.... he said in kind of a dull tone.

He was pretty bored today and not really in an amazing mood, so he sat on one of the rocks at the river bank and leaned up againt another rock and stared uo at the sky while listening to the water rush down the waterfall over the rocks below.

Kacey was on the other side of the waterfall, once she seen Ian. She called out to him, wondering if he heard her on the other side. "Ian!" She yelled out once again..

Ian was a little bit starlted at hearing his voice. He really didn't expect to see anyone out here today. He looked across the river and saw who it was, it was Kacey. Suddenly his mood changed from bored and mellow to more excited to see her. He got up off the rock so that she would know that he heard her.

Kacey smiled as he finally noticed her. She waved at him, wondering how they both ended up on different sides. Kacey had been wandering around like usual and she hadn't really noticed that she was that far away from school.

Ian looked at the river, wasn't deep at all, a few inches if that at one point. Ian simply walked across that part and got his shoes a little wet and walked over to Kacey. "Hi" he said with a smile as he got to her.

Kacey giggled slightly and pointed to the bridge that was a little bit away from them. "Hey." She managed to say through the giggling, "So what are you going over here?" She asked.

Ian smiled when Kacey pointed to the bridge, "Oops.." he laughed, "I don't know, I woke up and didn't just feel like sitting around which is what i was doign for about a half an hour before I left, I figured, I had seen the lake, why not check out what's around here, so I found this cool river thing and decided I'd rest here for a bit before going back, maybe kill a few minutes.." Ian smiled still being happy to see Kacey.

"Oh I've been exploring." Kacey said with a nod, "I found this great discovery and no it's not you it's a cave." She said jokingly. "Come on. I want to show you." She said taking his hand and leading the way to the cave.

Ian laughed as he followed Kacey to this cave she had found.

She pulled him into the cave, it had little crystals in the walls, it looked somewhat like rocks. "Isn't it cool." She said smiling, she finally realize she was still holding his hand. She let go instantly." Oh sorry." She said slightly embarrassed as she blushed.
