Tora blinked. "Oh, you're not." She repeated. Standing, she brushed the dirt off of her jeans.

Tora smiled. "I'm fine." She motioned with her head to the tree. "You alright? You took quite a nasty spill." She didn't even take in the fact that she hadn't offered her name.

Nicolas nodded. "Yeah." Then he noticed something on the bottom of his arm out of the corner of his arm. Eyes widened and his face paled at the sight of the red liquid, and he frantically searched his pocket for a band-aid.

How had he missed that earlier?! He quickly unwrapped the little bandage and put it on, blocking the blood from his sight. A sigh of relief escaped him and he looked back to her. "Glad you're ok. What was your name again?"

Tora blinked. Did he have a lapse in memory? She had just told him! Frowning, she answered. "Tora," she said, not giving her full name.

"Well, I was walking, but then you tripped me." Tora was adament that it was Nicolas who had tripped her, and not the tre root.

"Are you going to give that up, Tor? He didn't trip you. The tree did. If you wouldn't drag your feetso badly that wouldn't happen," Xar argued.

Tora rolled her eyes. "I don't drag my feet and you know it. He tripped me, plain and simple."

Tora around and scoffed. "What else would it have been?" She asked as if he should know that his question was stupid and pointless."That tree root?" This was said sarcastically.

She shook her head.
