Zeyn was stumped. He had wandered into the library after a particularly rigorous dancing class in hopes of bettering his technique. The teacher had done nothing but berate his every mistake, lamenting on how he was horrifically left footed when it came to Spanish Flamenco. "I don't even like Flamenco." Zeyn muttered sourly under his breath as he asked himself why he even signed up for the class in the first place. Now it was too late to drop, and his father would kill him if he ended up paying for dropped classes. Even if he'd be able to easily afford the expense.

As Zeyn absentmindedly leafed through the dense texts on the history of dance and then paused as he finally found the tome he was looking for. "A complete history to the practice and art of Flamenco." The title read, although the book itself looked faded and worn as if it had sat in this forgotten corner of the library for ages. "Well, better than nothing." Zeyn said to himself as he eagerly opened the book. He then sighed in defeat. Everything was in Spanish. Why was the book title in English and the book itself in Spanish one would ask? Zeyn had no clue.

He slowly turned around, placed his back against the bookshelf, and slid down into a sitting position with a long and melancholic sigh. "Well this is just great, my teacher is going to kill me, and I have a book I can't read." His Middle Eastern accent began to bleed through in his lapse of concentration, although he hardly noticed. He stared at the book cover absent mindedly as if the book itself could give him advice on how to proceed.

Jophiel entered the library, his eyes widened upon seeing the great amount of books and literature around him. He gave a few 'Oooos' and 'Ahhhhs' while exploring the place, he felt like he was in a forest again except instead of trees there were shelves.

He had actually jumped up and climbed the tall shelves like a kid only lighter on his feet as he explored the library itself, "Whooooa this place is so big and cool, all kinds of books too!" He said as he picked up a random book named 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' to which he's never read before. He placed it back and continued to climb around with surprising no one noticing him.

Eventually jophiel stopped once more when he spotted a purple book on the opposite shelf, he couldn't tell what it was about but purple was his favorite color. His excitement and curiosity got the best of him and he crouched like a cat ready to pounce on his target, he jumped toward the book!

But unfortunately he jumped to fast and hit the shelf comically and fell down landing in a pile of books next to Zeyn face first with his legs sticking out.

Zeyn jumped with a start and threw his book up into the air with a startled yelp. He quickly scanned the area and slowly pieced together what had transpired. There seemed to be a person buried under an oddly large amount of book. Zeyn composed himself and stood up, attempting to mask the totally manly yelp that he had let out earlier. He reached his hand out, intending to help the poor person up off the floor, and out of the pile of books they were currently covered in.

"Well, some people do love their books." He thought ruefully to himself.

"Hey, are you alright?" He asked, concern coloring his voice, his accent still present as his heart rate was slowly returning to normal. In any other circumstance he would be content to just help someone and be done with it after that, however he had a feeling that this person wasn't your average student. Mind you, average isn't really a word used to describe the denizens of Manta Carlos. However, Zeyn was still intrigued nevertheless. Not many people could manage to cover themselves so adeptly in books.

Of the many questions running through his mind, "What book was he looking for?" featured prominently. Even if most people would be concerned with other matters.

Jophiel rubbed his head feeling a small bump at the top, he knew he shouldnt have try that jump, always did his curiousity lead into things he didn't expect. When he came to look at the guy that offered help, he suddenly blushed a bit under his hair that covered some of his face. He couldn't really find the right words to reply with so in the heat of the moment he spouted the words,

"Purple!" He said

In that moment he felt much more embrassed to himself and blushed harder, conveniently the purple book he was looking for fell from where it at to the floor.

Well, Zeyn wasn't used to be responded to in color, however after the several weeks he'd already spent on the island, he did his best to just roll with it. He tiled his head and a questioning look made its way onto his face. "Well, purple is a nice color." He nodded in approval. "Anyway, are you sure you're alright?" Zeyn said with concern as he noticed the other boy rub his head.

"Anyway, my name's Zeyn..uh..what's yours?" He asked, seemingly unsure. It wasn't everyday people fell out of the sky in a hail of books and then replied with a color.

"....oh I uhh I'm jophiel...hi.." Jophiel said with a nervois smile and wave to Zeyn for a moment but realized that was stupid of him.

"I um...hit my head but I'm good heh heh heh." Jophiel tried smiling a little more but surely his face was as red as his magenta hair.

"Are you doing ok, I thought I heard um...a small animal maybe...I heard something go 'Yelp' when I landed around here..." Was the question that popped into jophiels head, all things considering to him since the library was big he might of landed on some creature, thus he got up and turned his head where he landed in the book pile.

Zeyn blushed a brilliant scarlet as he realized his yelp had been heard. "Animal? Wh-what? No, couldn't have been.." He awkwardly trailed off as he scratched his head. "Anyway, what brings you to this library?" Zeyn asked with his head tilted. "It's not everyday people fall for a good book." He said lightheartedly as he smiled at the boy on the floor.

In any event, Zeyn stooped and picked up the book he was planning to check out from the floor. Although upon searching for it, he quickly realized it must've disappeared into the seemingly endless pile of books now scattered about the floor.

"Uh..you haven't seen a book on flamenco..have you?" He asked tentatively as he began to sift through the many tomes on the floor.

"Oh I'm just exploring around this place, it was so big that I thought I could just climb around like I do at home...haha you saw how that turned out." He said with a blush.

Then Zeyn mentioned the flamenco book. "You mean like the dance flamenco?" Jophiel asked curious with his Spanish accent coming up when he said the word.

Zeyn nodded in confirmation. "I need it for a class and if I don't study before my next session my teacher will kill me." He said while sifting through a particularly deep pile of books. "I just had it!" He exclaimed. "It can't just disappear on me! ..Unless it's one of those enchanted books.." He muttered under his breath, with a healthy dose of exasperation. "You know, it's funny how I always have something I need in my hands and then it disappears.." Zeyn Sighed.

"I don't know what I'm going to do now, my teacher is actually going to kill me." He lamented and flopped onto the floor. As he stared up at the ceiling, Zeyn chose to ignore the fact his hairtie had come out, and his hair was currently fanned out behind him. With yet another melodramatic sigh, he began to bite his bottom lip in concentration, attempting to come up with a series of excuses for having no idea what Flamenco was.
