Of Virtues Past (Closed)

I had a list of who met Gene and in what order everyone joined the family, i lost that list though don't go thinking i have forgotten about Virtue

Just going to be tossing this in:

@"Shadowborn" do we stick with the thing discussed in the past where it was Gene who approached Jaya, and that animosity between the two of them? Because she cussed out, slapped, and walked away from whoever it was that gave her the abilities, and this might affect the family dynamic - obviously, first and foremost between the two of them, but since Jaya was picked up by, brought into the family by, and clung to Percy, it might affect her as well.

Also, in general she's distant to everyone in the family that isn't Percy, but it's more pronounced with the parents.

but yea we can do that, it gives Gene a goal to strive for within the family (Wanting Jaya's acceptance, forgiveness or something)

@"Shadowborn" I'd think it's the one with the space but I'm not sure.

Also, do you want to start planning for the two of them interacting? Jaya's thread with Terrance just wrapped up, and there are two more threads after that which are planned, and the way I see it, those two threads are going to be the cause for the larger change in her attitude, which'll make her even the slightest bit receptive to Gene (right now, she hates his guts, but only half of that is her actual hate, the other half is just confusion from everything going on regarding family).

If you want, there can be a thread to establish their current dynamic (i.e. Jaya being generally hostile and evasive) but that would end really quickly cause she'd leave after like five to ten minutes.

i was hoping for a family thread too but i keep drawing blanks

I'm just going to be leaving all my ideas here in 4 words. Feel free to ignore or suggest changes. Also, most suggestions'll be related to Jaya because, well, idk what would work with the other characters.

-Jaya and Gene reconciliation
-Jaya hating on Terrance
-Jaya clinging to Percy
-Jaya crushing on Terrance

Although, my main concern concerning my character is that she's distant from everyone else. I figure this will change (for the better or for the worse) depending on how family threads go, but any and all ideas for more threads are welcome, naturally.

for terrance, all i can think of is afterschool shenanigans with thierry and cass ._.

i cant think of a coherent plot with parents but ive established how he acts like eldest some material around them in my head??
