APPEARANCE
Noah looks like an average 11-year old. He has olivish-brownish hair, and bright green eyes. He’s a bit more on the tall side of the spectrum, standing at about five feet tall.
The only issue with all of this is that Noah is a 17-year old.
He is forever trapped in the body of an 11-year-old, as it is the age that he died at. And he hasn’t aged since. Aging charms may help him out of this, however.
Noah has a habit of carrying a small silver compass in his pocket, as it is his only link to a home he does not remember. He almost always takes it with him, though, and it holds sentimental value to him for some reason.

POWERS
While he does not have any powers, Noah will most likely receive an aging charm eventually.
SPECIES ABILITIES
Frozen in time. Noah does not age normally, and will be stuck looking the way he is for the rest of his life. Aging charms do, however, affect him. Additionally, Noah is immortal and cannot die by any means, as he does not die by age and cannot lose blood or be poisoned.
Semi-intangibility. Noah is only partially intangible. He may hold objects for about ten seconds before he loses grasp of them. He may make himself intangible for approximately 20 minutes, though, before it wears off and he must take a break from it for about 10 minutes. If you were to feel him, then you would feel a very gentle force against your hand. A punch, though, would travel directly through him. Rather than falling through the ground, Noah floats about an inch above it, which is noticeable if you look closely. The only exceptions to the natural intangibility are his clothing and compass, which are a part of him and were with him when he died.
Semi-invisiblity. Similar to his intangibility, Noah is partially invisable. This is seen by having a feint transparency through his body. He may trigger full invisibility as well, for 20 minutes before he must take a 10-minute break.

Noah ‘woke up’ on a nearby block. He didn’t remember anything about who he was or where he was or should have been. He wandered around, lost.
