Lizzy

The school day was long over, yet Lizzy still lingered around a few of the classrooms. After all, there was work to be done.

The plan was simple enough, stash a few stink bombs in the air vents of some otherwise empty class rooms, and set them off, leaving them hidden over night. By morning there was a good chance the entire building would stink. Best case, classes would get cancelled until they found the source of the smell. Worst case, she'd still be able to get a few laughs out of it.

So, at the present moment, Lizzy stood atop a chair, air vent and screw driver resting on a table nearby. Once she was done with this room, she'd move on the next, and she was fairly certain she wouldn't have to worry about anyone stumbling across her, so she wasn't being nearly as discrete as she could have been.

Remiel had left school hours ago, but had made his way back to get something he’d forgotten, his math textbook. It was a weird time to be at school. The day classes had long ended, yet there was a while yet before the night classes would begin, so the entire place was practically empty aside from the one teacher he’d passed by in the hall on the way to his locker.

He dialled in the combo and opened it up and sure enough, there was his book. His backpack had a pair of wings attached to it, floating in the air beside him. But it lowered down when he needed to put the book inside. With the mission accomplished, it was time to head back home.

Or was it. Just as he finished zipping up the bag, he spotted a suspicious looking girl going from one classroom to another. It was odd, so he walked by the classroom door casually, catching a glimpse of what was going on before pulling out his phone and snapping a picture. He walked inside as soon as he’d done so.

“Excuse me? What do you think you’re doing?”

Lizzy

Lizzy froze the moment she heard a voice. She was supposed to be completely alone. Cursing under her breath she quickly stashed the remaining stink bombs, before climbing down.

"I don't think I'm doing anything. What I am doing is leaving some.. Well, let's call them surprises.. For the night classes." Lizzy said to the newcomer, vaguely recognizing him from one her classes. Apparently he was supposed to be some kind of angel or something.

"Now, go play 'angel dress up' somewhere else, I'm kind of busy at the moment." She said dismissively. There was a good number of stink bombs she still wanted to hide, especially before the place began to fill up for the night classes.

Rem looked ticked off, but when he spoke he made sure he didn't sound angry. "I'm not playing 'angel dress up' I'm an actual angel." He'd huff. "But regardless, you are going to stop this at once. Behaviour such as this is not welcome on the island, let alone the school. I recommend that you begin cleaning up whatever damage you've done immediately."

He crossed his arms, standing there with his foot down and a look of disapproval.

Lizzy

Lizzy's expression changed to a fake one showing fear and concern. "Oh noooo.. The wannabe angel told me to stop! Foiled again!" Lizzy said, before smirking at Rem. Clearly, she had no intent of stopping just because he told her to.

"Besides, not only are we alone in here, but I've also hidden dozens of these already." Lizzy said, gesturing towards the unused stink bombs. "But hey, if you wanna search the entire building to find them be my guest.. Clocks ticking though."

Rem stared at her with this unamused look while she said what she said. When she was finished, he smiled. “You talk as if we’re alone in the school right now.”

He shrugged. “I won’t be picking these up for you. I’m going to give you two choices, you pick them up right now or I go find a teacher and you pick them up in ten minutes from now.”

Lizzy

"Uhh, did you not hear me? We are alone dummy." Lizzy said. She'd picked this specific part of the school for a reason, there was a gap before night classes where it was empty. Well, almost empty since Rem was here. But there definitely weren't any teachers, so Rems threat held no weight and Lizzy wasn't fazed by it.

"Now go bug someone else." Lizzy said dismissively as she hoped up on the table to fix the air vent she'd removed, once that was done, she gathered everything up and set off into one of the neighboring classrooms to repeat the process.

She really wanted to stick with that? Thinking that they were alone. "You seriously believe the school is empty right now?" He sighed. "The school nurse is always on call and I saw a teacher just walking over here. Don't know why I'm bothering to tell you this though. I might as well just show you."

With that, he flapped his wings and floated out. He didn't just leave though, not right away. First he flew around the school a short while and located the teacher he'd passed by when he first entered the building. He didn't really recognize them aside from that, but he didn't need to either.

Taking out his phone and keeping a level head, he'd show the picture and explain the situation. How he'd attempted to stop her but she wouldn't listen. When all was said and done, the teacher sighed, thanking him and heading out to find her.

With that wrapped up nicely, Rem headed home.

Lizzy

Lizzy just ignored Rem, she wasn't going to waste her breath arguing with Rem on wether or not they were alone right now. There were more importent things to do.

Of course, this was pretty quickly interrupted by someone clearing their throat from the doorway, Lizzy turned around, about to ask why Rem was still here, only to freeze in shock when she realized it was a teacher.

"Shit."

OOC: Time Skip: 2 days

Lizzy sat in the back of the class as the day winded down, silently stewing. Not only did that stupid angel ruin what would have been a great prank, but she'd also had to spend three hours cleaning and dusting empty classrooms. Not fun.

Ever since then she'd been cooking up her revenge. He seemed pretty proud of the fact that he was an angel, but what good was an angel without a halo? She just needed a good chance to yank it off his head. And given the fact that he tended to sit in front of her, at least when it came to classes, she knew it was coming.

Sure enough, class soon ended, and Lizzy saw her chance. Walking past Rem, who seemed to be distracted by something, Lizzy used her telekinesis to move the halo off of Rems head, and slipped it into her own hands as she walked out into the hallway. She needed to find somewhere to stash it before Rem noticed that it was gone. Preferably somewhere that he would be unable to easily reach.

After the incident, Remiel never followed up with Lizzy or really paid her much mind. He figured he'd leave that whole mess to the teachers. It wasn't until after class two days later that it came back to bite him.

As usual, Rem was a good student. He took notes in class and put his full attention on the teacher right until the end. This made it pretty easy for Lizzy to snatch his halo without him noticing. That didn't last very long though.

The second Rem went to stand up, he felt a familiar headache set in. He winced hard, only taking a second to reach up and feel nothing where his halo was supposed to be. He looked around for where it might have gone but had little luck with that, a look of worry growing on his face. He knew he must’ve had it just moments earlier, since he didn’t have headaches during class, but then where could it have gone in so little time.

He asked a few classmates and after getting no lead, he picked up his things and walked into the halls to have a look around there.
