Private Finished nature speaks

"I don't know big words, so I can't say if you're right or wrong," Michi replied lightheartedly. She only vaguely knew the word, and for the most part didn't know how to use it. Either way, she felt bad for making him feel bad. Michi considered patting him on the back but tried to keep her hands to herself for now. "Well, I apparently have a mind-controlling voice. Maybe I'll go move to the ocean and lead sailors to their deaths," she joked. Probably a terrible one at the moment.

Michi laughed, "Sinking a whole cruise ship? Imagine the publicity. I wouldn't just be rich by then," she added casually. Maybe the joke may be a little macabre, especially considering they were talking valuable human lives here, but it didn't seem to bother her at the moment. She seemed to fall into thought for a few seconds. "Honestly, I've never thought about getting rich so... I never thought about that. I might just end up spending most of it on clothes honestly." Well, she probably would get sick of buying clothes left and right. "Dunno honestly. Maybe donate to charity or something righteous like that? Maybe it'll clean my soul or something. What about you?"

Michi smiled just a bit. Michi had no family to spend it for, other than her friends which was now the closest she had left. But she had already considered the idea her soul is tainted and she had to do righteous things to right it. But that was probably fantasy. She was already told her condition wasn't so easily reversible, after all. "Plants are nice," she voiced out, not dwelling further on her gloomy thoughts. "Plus they're plants, they'll grow anywhere they want, I don't think it'd matter if anyone notices there's a secret garden down here."

Michi hummed. She didn't know a lick about caring for plants, despite living half her life in a farming community. She could never remember anything, but she never made that an issue. Maybe she'd learn it after she learned how to cook decent food or something. "Well... if you're going to like... terraform this little plot, I wouldn't mind helping," she said. Though when she first thought about "secret garden" she'd actually thought of potted plants around. She decided not to tell him that bit for now. She smiled through her thoughts, "Oh yeah, I like this place, it's pretty chill. Thanks for showing it to me."

"Hey, I think gardening is pretty cool," Michi immediately protested. Sure, she never got into it, but that didn't mean she had a low opinion of gardening. She just happened to have a different priority in mind at the time. Though right now, she feels rather unsure about it, so her next best thing would have been the other things she wanted to do. "Anyway, I'll help, can I help you with bringing in anything?"
