Private Finished nature speaks

Linus smiled back and that seemed to cue in to Michi that everything was fine. Hopefully so. Linus telling her about the plants, she gave it a thought. "Do you... I mean, can I help with that?" she asked, "I mean I haven't planted anything but I kinda.. Iunno, new hobbies to try, I guess." Michi didn't like being alone with her thoughts that much, even though she tended to do so. But worse than being alone with her thoughts was being alone with then and doing literally nothing. At least tending to plants might be something she could invest her time in. "I don't really have solid plans for the weekend, so.. Can I?"

Michi stared back at Linus -- expression almost blank. She held that stare for about a few seconds, probably longer than comfortable, before she broke into laughter. For someone who was just called an 'oddball', she sure looked happy about it. "I like having options to do," she said plainly. "I mean normally I'd be okay doing nothing, but 'nothing' is harder to deal with when you feel like you're going mad ever second of the day, y'know?" Michi took her hoe, stowing it away along with the other tools Linus had been using. Dusting her hands together, she turned to the older student, "So um. If that's all we can do today, I guess... you wanna meet up when you're getting the plants, then?"

"Well, like I said I don't have anything planned over the weekend," Michi told him while she checked if her buns were still intact on her head after all that work they did. It wasn't much, but she can never always trust her hairpins to keep her hair from falling out of it. "Which ever sounds better but I don't really mind starting from scratch." After fixing her outfit, she reached out for the little scrap of paper that Linus handed out to him. "I'll try not to bother you too much," she said after reviewing the note and putting it in a pocket she was sure she'd remember. She gave him a small smile, "I'll send you a message later so you can save my number." For a moment she took a look around as if trying to check for something, before she took a few steps back, getting ready to take her leave. "A-anyway, I probably took a bit of your time today already," she chuckled awkwardly. "See you around then?"
