"Oh my, those sound absolutely delicious!" Rosalyn exclaimed. "You will have to tell me more about them," she said, tucking away the idea. She knew the family liked lamb and she could easily see herself incorporating something like that in her dinner rotations.

"Alright! Lead the way, captain," Rosalyn joked as she positioned herself behind Seyyal. "Oh... By the way, the mall is straight back that way," she indicated with a laugh as she remembered the mall was behind them.

Seyyal nodded and began to make her way through the crowd until Rosalyn realized they had to go the other way. She swiftly changed directions, slipping past and around Rosalyn as the moved to take the lead again. Displaying an admirable amount of dexterity despite the armor.

She did come close to bumping into a few people but she managed not to knock anyone over. At least walking through crowds was an experience that translated fine between her home world and here.

"You know, you remind me of Lottie a little bit. One of the other Lionesses. Enthusiastic and extremely helpful, but easily lost in what she's doing." She laughed as she made a hole through the crowd for them.

"That's not a bad thing of course. The Lionesses are like sisters to me. My closest friends." She added after a few moments. Concerned that her words might've been taken the wrong way.

Either way though they made good time and were soon walking through the store. Racks and racks of clothing surrounding them in a dizzying display of options.

"This Lottie of yours sounds like a delightful person actually," Rosalyn quipped good-naturedly, not at all offended by Seyyal's comparison.

"Besides, where is the fun of always knowing where you are going?!" she asked as they moved almost effortlessly through the crowd. In a way, it was like the parting of the Red Sea, Rosalyn thought, personally amused how people just seemed to move out of the way for Seyyal.

When they arrived, Rosalyn immediately took note of the racks, looking first to see if there were any sales they could inspect first. Though she did have one question on her mind.

"The Lionness? Why are they called that?" she asked curiously as she moved to a rack full of t-shirts.

Seyyal shrugged. "Guess I'm more of a planner type. I like to know where I am and what's around so I can figure out what to do. Just running on impulse works for some things but I'd rather not rely on that." She answered and smiled wide at the question about the Lionesses' name.

"Well we're a close all-girls band of adventurers hunting down problems and fighting tooth and nail for the people we care about. Well... were, are, not entirely sure exactly. It's really weird and complicated. But anyway the rumor is lionesses do all the hunting in a lion pride. I dont know if it's true but the name stuck."

Seyyal glanced through the tshirts, snorting and passing right by a section with cutesy anime girls on them. Definitely not her taste for sure.

"No. That makes total sense, lionesses are the heart of a pride," Rosalyn replied, very aware of the hierarchy with a lion's pride. It was very different from a wolf pack where both male and female alpha ruled almost equally. Hunting and defending their pack and protecting it with their lives.

Watching as Seyyal sailed right past her and the girlie t-shirts, Rosalyn shook her head and followed.

"Got it. Pink and purple "My Little Ponies" is not your speed," she replied good-naturedly as she headed towards, maybe surprisingly, the men's section.

The idea of men's clothes had occurred to her as she watched Seyyal ignore most of the women's shirts...Besides, men's tees, well, they were kinda the same thing. Rosalyn had often worn her husband's t-shirts when he was alive, and still did sometimes when she was missing him.

"How about something like this?" Rosalyn said as she held up two t-shirts. One was a black t-shirt with wolf's head on it, another was basic camo.

Seyyal laughed. "To be fair those colors were pretty expensive to get where I come from but... if that's what it takes to look cute then I'll have to settle for falling a little short in that category."

She followed after her without reservation. In truth she didnt really know to be taken aback that they were in the mens section. She'd been wearing mens breeches and tunics for a while. But she eyed the chosen options with an exaggerated amount of scrutiny. "Are you trying to push some agenda here? Wolf earrings and a wolf shirt. I swear if you pull out some furry pants I'm going to give up and go get food instead," she joked as she accepted the wolf shirt anyway.

"What's with all the green splotches on that one?"

"Whoopsie...I guess I'll put the furry pants and slippers back then," Rosalyn joked as she pretended to be caught out on the whole wolf thing.

"Ohh, you mean this?... The green splotches are what we call "camo"... like in camouflage," she explained as she looked at the t-shirt she was holding. "Supposedly hunters and soldiers use camo colored clothes to blend in with their surroundings."

"I figured since you have that whole warrior knight thing going on that you might like something like this," Rosalyn admitted with a tiny shrug. "If not, I could always recommend something like this," she grinned, deliberately holding up a bright and, in her opinion, gaudy men's Hawaiian shirt from a rack next to her.

Seyyal chuckled at the jokes and shook her head. "I'm no knight, just a girl who picked up a set of magic swords. No mysterious order or charismatic kings telling me what to do. Although I guess a quest to save a princess isnt too far off from a knight's work..." she shrugged and looked closer at the hawaiian shirt.

"Alright, now I know you're pulling my leg. Do people seriously wear things like that normally?" She laughed and mimed pushing the shirt away. "Actually it might be easier if you just show me something you might wear. Probably a better way to start off than... that."

"Yes, unfortunately, they do," Rosalyn said as she tucked the very ugly printed shirt away on the rack.

"Let's see, what would I choose?," Rosalyn murmured thoughtfully as she moved swiftly among the racks, both men's and ladies', as she pulled t-shirt after t-shirt as she had found what she'd like for herself. When she had a few options, she laid them on a display table for Seyyal to inspect.

"What do you think?" she asked curiously as she looked at Seyyal before glancing back at the table where there were plainer t-shirts mixed with more elaborate ones like the one that was a newsprint pattern with long sleeves or another that was a black tee with large purple stars on it.

Seyyal followed behind Rosalynbas she snatched various options from the racks. A veritable cornucopia of tshirts.

Surprisingly enough she picked up the shirt with the big purple stars and then grabbed a button down long sleeve shirt nearby with a more subdued dark grey color. "I could wear layers I guess. That's not out of fashion here is it?" She paused and then laughed at herself. "Listen to me. I literally never cared about what was fashionable before. Even when I was little I..."

Seyyal stared into space for a moment as if she'd lost track of her thoughts.
