The evening was much the same as most outside of The Silver Thread, save for a myriad of dolls posed just outside the open doors. Diam had decided to take an active approach for the night's sales, a couple simple banners hanging over the windows advertising a 20% off sale. A couple of larger porcelain dolls had been posed on stands as if inviting people into the shop. These two stood about four feet tall with frilly, Victorian-style clothing. Some smaller dolls dressed in more modern attire had also been placed on chairs.

Diam finished some adjustments on one of the doll's pose and glanced up at the sun descending behind the buildings. Stepping back into the shop, he flipped the switch on an electric kettle. Several teasets had been placed on the tables inside, waiting to serve interested customers. Glancing around one last time, the small vampire tiltied his head for a few moments before grabbing a sheet of paper and an old ink pen. After a few moments he added one more sign to the window. 'Good stories are worth a discount.' written in adept calligraphy.
