Appearance Description:
Wavy black hair, stormy grey eyes, snow white skin, 5’6 or 168 cm, thin with curves but you’d barely guess she had any with all the gothic clothes she wears. Her makeup palette, save for her white foundation, is dark.
Personality Description:
Blair appears to be an unfriendly, dark girl, and that might be the truth sometimes. She’s somewhat sardonic, isn’t afraid to use sarcasm, and has something of a dark sense of humor. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, is fairly confident with what she says, and isn’t afraid to ask some questions; she’ll only speak if she has something to say and won’t push a conversation if she feels it’s going nowhere. There’s a mysterious air about her.
Active Abilities:
Gold Thumb - Blair can make plants and fungi grow quickly. Requires touch. It’s not an incredibly speedy ability that would give you whiplash; rather, she could make a flower grow from a seed within minutes. This slowly eats away at her energy.
Manipulation - She can make plants and fungi move if they’re within sight. Can only control one type of plant at a time. Works best on small plants and becomes more difficult and tiring the larger and more rigid they are as well as the more numerous they are. The plant stays rooted, only the body moving. Includes things like making roots more of an obstacle, flowers stand up straight, or grass wave.

Passive Abilities:
Flower Pot - Flowers and other different plants and fungi sprout from random parts of her body, most notably her eyes and sometimes straight from the skin. If she’s standing stationary on soil, flowers and other small plants will sprout and bloom at her feet within a matter of minutes.
Biography:
Born somewhere on the west coast of America but moved to a small town in the country. Grew up around other kids that liked to ask her if her parents were vampires. Blair started showing signs of her abilities some time in the beginning of middle school when tiny, tiny flowers started blooming wherever she walked and stood outside; however, she didn’t tell anyone about it for some time. After a strange incident of floral vandalism in her sophomore year of high school, she received a letter in the mail inviting her to Starlight Academy. Her family packed up and started the move.
Resources:
Lives with her upper middle-class family in a three-story house. She receives money from various family members for Christmas, her birthday, and for her good grades. Her parents buy all of her clothes and other necessities. She has plenty of extra money for luxuries and entertainment, and she receives expensive, often hand-me-down jewelry from her grandparents.
