Your disguised eagerness warms my heart," she laughed, teasing him lightly. "I'll head out to the store today and start stocking our kitchen with ingredients. I have an itch for baking, and oh I think I'll faint if I don't satisfy it."
At first she was confused about his sudden mention of water manipulation, but his clarification changed that. Maisie snorted and laughed again, shaking her head. "Nope, not it! That'd be a bit of a let-down, huh? You got all these vampires and fairies and people who can call infernos down from the sky, and here I am, able to make water dance a little.
