Nim chuckled at Jeff's stuttering, though he felt a little bad for it. It's just... everything that was currently happening... kind of perplexed him. A lot. Just last week, he and Jeff were on horrid terms with one another. It was amazing what a length letter and forgiveness could do to two people.
Nim knew he should probably be thinking a little more clearly. Logically, he did. However, this was all so strange, and he felt an inexplicable urge to just go with it... to just follow his instinct. It was so weird, but he liked what was happening, and so he figured he'd just let it flow.
"It's okay, honest," Nim said, and he was entirely made of smiles and general awkwardness. "And good. Great, actually. Spice is awesome! Not as great as sweet, but still."
Nim was thoughtful for a moment. "So, what day should I- Actually, should I just give you my number? Unless you already got it from Addy," Nim said, a bit of amusement coloring his voice. "I can't remember if she gave it to you or not."
(( @MARIE my posts won't be great for a while, but I'm trying at least. Should we end the thread in a couple posts and move to dinner at Jeff's place?))
