"There's plenty of color here," he said with a reassuring smile, "especially in the city, later on I can show you it if you want. We can go for a walk and look." She was new, and he already considered her a friend, so he'd help her all he could, show her around.Aaron quietly listened to her talk, pieced together what she was saying, it was a bit easier this time, "the island is hidden, has been for a long time." He took a sip of his drink, "there's something around the island...like my aura, it keeps people from finding it, so we're safe here." He didn't know if they had magic in her home, it could take a while for people to adjust to, let alone understand.
"You're aquatic right? Like water?" she looked it, and her food being mainly fish hinted at that. "They have places for swimming here in the school, and also the beech, the sea, we could walk down there later on if you'd like, so you can seim." It was to cold for most beings, him included but he'd take her down if she'd like.
