The young woman walked through the forest, head turned down and cat-like ears pressed down against her head. It was cold, and had probably snowed not too long ago, but she figured she would live, seeing as how she had a jacket on and everything. Nariko hadn't exactly gotten a chance to walk around in the snow or anything yet, so she was glad that she was doing so now. Snow was about the only thing she liked about winter, so she would be able to endure the cold temperatures.
As expected for winter, the trees were bare and looked lifeless, but it wasn't something she minded much. It probably would have been nice to fly over this place, but, her wings weren't strong enough for flying just yet. Oh, well; in time, she knew she would be able to do so.
Nariko continued walking along in the snow, kicking it a few times and watching as it all fell back down to the ground. Perhaps it was a bit childish to enjoy watching such a thing, but, she didn't really care.
