Private Finished Kind-ling

Aura gave her a fairly confused look at the tour suggestion and the confusion only deepened when she mentioned saving the dancing for later. "I um, don't mind walking around more but... why did you let me go put a dress on if we weren't going to go dance at the club?" She wondered aloud in her confusion and then crossed her arms a little to hold her own wrist.

"I'm um, a little confused by what you mean." Now she felt really foolish standing there in her dress. It felt like someone was playing a dirty trick on her, she just could tell what kind. She could feel the eyes open in the back of her neck and on the wrist as she covered it. Her anxiety was stirring the other part of her to wake. Which would become a self-feeding cycle if she wasn't careful.

Aura breathed a small sigh of relief. Apparently there was some kind of miscommunication going on. No wonder she had been left confused. With her confusion solved she nodded and hopped down the steps to join Adelaida.

She visibly winced upon realizing she'd have to reveal the extra eye on her wrist in accepting the hand but... thing would only get worse if she called attention to it by refusing do she steeled herself internally and accepted the proffered hand. Hers feeling noticeably quite warm to the touch. "You um, can just just call me Aura. I'm not um, very formal outside of work. Did you have something in mind or are we just um walking in general towards the club?"

Aura nodded, taking the message to heart that just relaxing and walking would be fine. She smiled a little and began leading the way. The magically short path from school to city still seemed a little odd even though it was now used every day, but before long they were strolling along on the sidewalks. Aura was glad she'd avoided wearing heels.

"So um, do you go to clubs a lot? I dont think I've um served you at Orpheus before."

Aura's cheeks turned pink from embarrassment as they walked. "I um, guess some parts of my appearance are more memorable. But I try hard to remember the customers I've served and I'm pretty sure I would have remembered you. Especially if you..." rather than finishing the statement she just pointed sheepishly up at the flare the other girl was using to light up the area for some reason.

"Oh... dates. Um.... this is really awkward but, I'll just say it and get it over. You're not um, thinking of this as a date are you? I just want to um be clear and I'm not good at dealing with all that kinda stuff. I don't know what Hella..." she interrupted herself by clearing her throat and looking entirely too enthralled at staring into the window of a nearby shop. Really she was trying to avoid eye contact. And it was painfully obvious what she was doing.

Aura sighed with audible relief. "Now I um feel a little stupid for worrying-" she couldnt hide the resuming blush on her face when kissing and telling was mentioned.

Once more she took a moment to collect herself and then turned back to Adelaida. "Um, sorry again. I just have a girlfriend and it would kill me if I messed things up with her. But um, a friend to dance with would maybe help me stop stressing so much so... the club is this way- cant miss it. And I can probably get us past the line too." She smiled genuinely at that. A happy, toothy grin. There were obviously perks to knowing the staff at the door. And the bartenders too, come to think of it.

She led the way with a renewed pep in her step.
