"Ah, yes, quite alright if it doesn't get into your blood so please, keep it out of any cuts or wounds." His nose, his eyes... He figured the boy would be intelligent enough for that, however. Or maybe he should say it anyways, just in case. Either way, it'd be miserable for the both of them for a while.

"I'm sorry about all this. Was there anything you needed?" Not too many people sought out the head librarian just for a talk, especially not him. Oh no, he solidified his reputation here at the school as somewhat odd, so new students tended to avoid him. Other staff, seeing him holed up in his office more often than not, decided he probably wasn't worth the trouble, either.

Daniel double checked himself and sighed in relief knowing he didn't seem to have any blood on his face anymore. That could have potentially ended badly, very very badly.

"Uh, I was just going to inquire if there were any...part time jobs for the library open?" The libriomancer asked, coughing nervously. He was still a little shaken from this whole ordeal.

Jobs? The boy was just looking for a job?

William blinked for a moment in some sort of mild disbelief. He just witnessed the head librarian have blood spray out of his nose like a faucet (okay, maybe a bit of an exaggeration) and he still wanted a job here?

"O-oh..." He tapered, blinked, shoved more tissues up against his nose until he was fairly sure the bleeding was contained.

"I... I mean... Would you still be interested in working? I mean, after all this..." Well, the library was quite large and often did need helpers, but the unfortunate first impression was probably terrible.
