"You don't get it, and I'm stupid so I don't want to try and explain it," he stated bluntly. The things he was listing were all parts of the mask he was talking about, to a degree- or could be, but it wasn't the same thing. He made a face, and sighed.
This fucker probably wouldn't leave him alone at just that though. He was sure he wanted an "actual answer" as Hai used to put it.
"I just mean no one here acts like their honest selves, I guess. That's all. Everyone here just wears a mask and pretends. It's ugly, and annoys me." he murmured simply- hoping at least that got to it- though as he was told he had a mask, his eyes gave an annoyed flash.
"I was running around naked in the forest," he stated bluntly. "I don't need a mask .. I don't know what you mean by "gruff thing". I don't like most people, so I tell them such. It's pretty simple." he stated in the same bland, uncaring tone- his gaze sliding toward the sky- hoping he would at least leave him alone now.
But, he kept talking.
God. Damn it.
"I told them to leave me alone, they didn't. I don't give a fuck if it's "appropriate". I'm just being honest, not my problem if they don't like that," he stated simply, and then sighed. "Don't say I hate them either. Hate is a word people here misuse. I don't like them, but I don't hate them." The man's eyes narrowed slowly, "Hate is a word you save for things that you want to eliminate from the world."
