The class adjusted to mimic the teacher at the front doing a downward dog pose.

Konpeitō was familiar enough with the class to know that it was reaching its end. For the most part, he did yoga beside Osmond in silence, not wanting to disrupt the other visitors. It was actually a little boring. What fun was there in working out with someone if you couldn't talk to them? Not to mention that yoga was more about the mental exercise than the physical exercise for Konpeitō. He had a feeling he would be the only one tired after their workout.

Did he feel bad for dragging Osmond into something he didn't like? A little. So as everyone adjusted to their new pose, Konpeitō waited for Osmond to look towards him before shooting a mischievous smile. The sign that all the relaxation techniques built up over this class would o down the drain in an instant

His eyes trailed up Osmond's legs, settled on his butt for a second, then switched suddenly to his eyes. He gave a wink as he mouthed Nice.. Right after, he whispered with cheery encouragement, "Good form. You're doing great," as if he was simply a friend encouraging his friend to keep going.

Yoga was not terrible. Osmond arrived prepared, and dressed in his usual work-out attire: A tight-fitting, black shirt made of airy material and black work-out pants that clung to his legs. A stark difference to the formal suits he usually wore, and showed the muscle he's developed over the years.

Oz always thought yoga would be boring, with too much focus on the mental aspect and not enough of a challenge. It was a surprise to find that yoga required a good amount of stamina and as the class progressed the more effort Oz had to put in. Yoga was not terrible, and Oz could be convinced to come again.

He slid into the downward dog position, shifting to correct his balance. On a whim he glanced towards Kon, who had been unusually quiet the whole class. Oz found Kon waiting for his gaze, and ready with a smile full of mischief. His first thought was, 'what in hells kind of trouble is he up to'. Whatever Oz would have expected, the last would be Kon openly checking out his legs and ass and mouthing the word 'nice'. It boggled the mind. He had no comeback.

The teacher told them to lay down for their final pose the savasana or corpse pose. While laying down they were supposed to focus on relaxing the mind and slowing their thoughts. Oz did no such thing as several thoughts raced through his head at once. By the time they were asked to rise and class came to a close Oz was no closer to an answer. He looked to Kon and raised a brow, waiting for whatever else the neko had to say.

Konpeitō actually moved on from his joke pretty fast. He intended to catch Osmond off guard, maybe make him lose balance and stumble before regaining his balance. So when class ended and his mind was cleared from meditation, he was slow to understand why Osmond was giving him such a strange look.

He looked down at his outfit, wondering if his crop-top and yoga pants got dirtied. It wouldn't be the first time dirt stained his clothes or fur without him noticing. Unable to find what was wrong, even after playing with his hair (which was up in a loose afro bun) and deciding it was neat, he looked up at Osmond with his own raised brow.

"Okay, I give up. Why are you giving me that look? The whole... questioning look."

Kon caught his questioning gaze and seemed confused? Oz shook his head, "It's nothing." He said. Had he imagined it? No, Oz had made assumptions from one idle comment. He grabbed his water bottle and towel from where he set them against the back wall and took a long drink. Done, he looked to Kon and asked, "Do you even like yoga?"

He had glanced over at Kon a few times during the class and noted that he had seemed almost board. A thought occurred to him, "Or were you bored because you could not talk freely?"

"I don't believe that," he stated plainly; there was clearly something, "but I'll ignore it for now," he continued with a teasing edge.

He undid his hair, allowing it to flow down and pop out, then put the tie on his wrist like a bracelet. "Yoga's great! I always feel so relaxed afterward. It's always nice being surrounded by people." Before taking a drink from his own water bottle, he continued: "I wasn't really bored though. I invited you to hang out to a place we couldn't even talk in. It made me feel like a bad host."

He held the bottle up to his lips, then paused, shooting a realizing look towards Osmond's way. His smirk was barely covered by his bottle. "I was trying to liven things up. Did it work?"

It was nice being surrounded by people. Perhaps because he felt relaxed, or because it was him and Kon in this little section of the room, but Oz made an open and honest reaction to that. A completely disgusted look. The expression was tempered into something more mild. "To each their own. But I could call it a relaxing experience.

"You were not a bad host." He said honestly. It wasn't odd to invite someone to work out together then be unable to talk for most of it. Work-outs tended to be singular tasks and required focus. "I hardly expected you to talk through a group class." Oz squinted at that look on Kon's face. "Did you really forget you made a flirtatious comment towards me?"

Oz sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose between two fingers.

He took no offense from the disgusted look and held back a chuckle as he drank from his bottle. It was amazing how much the two differed, though Konpeitō suspected Osmond wasn't completely truthful with his reaction. Why go along with this if he disliked being around people do much? Why work as a teacher for free, in fact?

He screwed the lid back on and gave Osmond a proud smile at being called a good host, his tails swishing happily. His mouth opened to respond, then closed when Osmond continued.

"I didn't forget. Not really. I just," he paused, considering how to word his thoughts, "I was saying what I thought would be funny, but I wasn't lying either. If I want to flirt, I flirt." His tone was matter-of-fact, though he did frown a little. "Why? Did it bother you?" He carefully observed Osmond's gesture. If he had offended him, he wouldn't have been called a good host. Still, better safe than sorry.

Osmond waited, clearly interested in Kon's answer. It hadn't bothered him but it made him. . . it made him think that maybe Kon asked him to yoga as a date? That Kon may be interested in him? It wasn't an uncomfortable realization but it made him think. When Kon seemed to forget he had made the comment Oz wondered if he had over-assumed. Putting more behind the words than intended.

And that seemed to be the case as Kon matter-of-factly stated his reasoning. "No, not at all." Oz said in response, his tone neutral. Was it disappointment that settled in his chest? He fiddled with his phone, pretending to check text messages while thinking. What would he have said if Kon said he was attracted to him? There was an easy answer and an honest one.

"I'm hungry." Oz said, mostly for a change of topic. "Shall we get something to eat?" Oz felt it only fair to offer an invitation of his own.

Something felt off and it was bothering him that he couldn't tell what. Konpeitō wasn't the best with empathy. He was ninety-nine-percent sure he was made to have it dampened. Times like this made him wonder if he was being paranoid or if he was too... broken wasn't the right word if it was intentional, but too something to understand the problem, if there was one in the first place.

He tried to not look bothered as Osmond checked his phone by distracting himself with packing up his bag.

By the time Konpeitō finished, a new topic was introduced. "Oh. Yeah! You can feed on me while we walk. Which means I decide where we go." He put on his workout backpack, then smiled as he held out his hand. "Unless you're afraid of looking like a couple was he walk hand-in-hand," he said with a sing-song tune.

And then he dawned on him why he was bothered. Or part of why he was bothered. He said he was flirting and Osmond didn't react. He simply moved on.

His hand lowered ever so subtly at that thought. He tried to stick to the rule that if no interest was shown in him, he wouldn't push. That was a recipe for awkwardness at best. A restraining order at worst. But his hand was out now and putting it down would raise more questions.

Oz shook his head. "I do not need to feed on hunger right now." That hunger must be suppressed and ignored (until he can stand it no longer and breaks). He couldn't explain it to Kon. The fact that he tried so hard to avoid feeding like that only to fail was too much to admit. "You may still choose the place." He added, "I am not picky."

Time seemed to slow as Kon's hand remained extended between them. The feeling that Oz should do something, say something burned within. He felt like he had missed something important, some clue or piece to a larger puzzle. "I. . . I don't care much for what other people think." He said, because he had to say something. And he wouldn't have minded because Oz could admit to himself he was beginning to feel attraction towards Kon.

Before he could over think this any longer, Oz grabbed Kon's hand. "Where did you wish to go?" He asked.
