Resilient: Isabella has the resilience of a demon. She does not feel tired, can force herself to work through pain, and heals at three times the rate of a normal human.

Her father would visit her once a year for a week and give her a nice gift. Her mother was busy at work, but she started work in the middle of the night and was home in time to pick Isabella from school or daycare most days. When Isabella turned 10, her mother and father told her that she was half angel and half demon.
