William looked at the girl confused, as if he wondered who she was, before scoffing and looking away. Don't mention it. he said, and quite literally meant that.

And then it was Spirit's turn to look at Lucy as if he wanted her to burst out in flames, for the last thing William needed now was someone to add oil to his flame. Fun it might be, girl, but he does not need more trouble on his plate. And you. he said growling at the boy. I know that you are irritated right now, but please try to act as a sensible human being, perhaps?

Lucy snarled a bit. She didn't think that she was being a bother, or a distraction for this boy. They didn't even know each other, but it seemed that the boy didn't want to know her. That was fine by her, she could care less if one boy out of the entire school didn't want to talk to her. It was his choice.

All she had done was compliment him, and asked if he was okay. That was it. Lucy looked down at the wolf thing that was by the boy's side. "Think what you want." She didn't care what they though of her. Not the boy, not the other thing, and definitely not the wolf. "I can see you aren't in the mood to well, do really anything but be, irritated."

She felt and knew that she was being judged, that the three of them didn't want her here. She was stubborn though, so she wasn't going to listen to them. She just smirked and sit down in a chair, staring at the wolf.

You got that right. William said, smirking bitterly. The very thought of his family put him in a sour mood, and for some reason, the fact that it seemed that they were trying to be nice irritated him even more, for he just knew that they weren't sincere.

By the looks of it, the girl was having a staring contest by the time he got rid of his darker thoughts so he had decided to ignore her, and focus on the box again instead. A lot less angry now then he was before the fight, he simply sighed (instead of just staring at the boy and wishing it to burn), and started ripping the light blue paper. Beneath it was an ordinary cardboard box, and in it most of the small stuff he didn't get to bring from his old room when his father kicked him out. There were old posters of bands he used to like, and action figures of various anime and cartoon characters, some pictures, a wooden carving he did at the summer camp. The small stuff. The stuff you were supposed to keep. Unless you were turning your disowned son's room into a gym that is. He gritted his teeth, feeling as he was about to burst from tears and anger at the same stuff, throwing the box against the wall, it's contents falling out.

I should have known.

What was in that box of his? It wasn't any of her business to ask, but she wanted to know. She waited though, focusing on it. She quietly waited as he boxed the box. Some lost childhood possession? A letter from a loved one? Something to make him cry?

She took one step closer, then she wasn't sure if she should even be there anymore. Lucy didn't care though, it wasn't his choice whether she stayed or not. She smirked a bit as the box was opened, trying to see what she inside. He wasn't happy about it, she knew that. Throwing the box, making it lose all of what she inside of it. "What was it?" She asked as nicely as she could.

Oh, nothing really. he said, his voice seemingly happy, as he covered his face with his arm, his whole posture speaking a completely different story, his tone actually dripping from anger and bitterness. Just the first fifteen years of my life put in a box, nothing much. he laughed, his shoulders shaking, and he shook his head. I can't believe this. he said, his voice suddenly low and deep. He stopped laughing, his body as still as the sea before the storm. He should have burned them. he said, turning his back on the stuff.

Lucy looked a bit confused. She was guessing that something bad had happened between him and his family. Not her problem. She just nodded as he started to laugh. What was she supposed to do? He wasn't the least bit happy, she knew that. A box that had things from his childhood, just thrown into a box.

That was harsh, even for her standers. It was as of his family didn't care that he had left, that they wanted to move on. She couldn't believe that. Though she herself didn't have to strongest relationship with her family, they still checked in on her via email and text. They cared, even though Lucy didn't care that they did. She snarled a bit. "Well that's rude, and fucking mean." So what if that back fired, she was just speaking her mind, even though she didn't have any idea how good or bad that situation actually was.

William turned half-way around, looking at her with something akin to shock, before he bursted out laughing again, every bit as insincere as before. Oh, you have nooo idea. he said, his hand reaching for his face again as if he was trying to hide something there. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. And mean is less than a half way there.

The hand that wasn't on his face clenched into a fist as he spoke, his shoulders shaking, his teeth gritting, as he wished, no, desperately needed for something to punch on until it bleed. He didn't care what it was. He didn't care who it was, he just needed something, anything to help him get rid of this... this anger inside of him, this stupid need to go back home again (even if he had sworn never to do that again), and just yell at the man until he passed out.

Aght! he screamed, and as he turned to punch a wall, Warrior was there, catching his hand before he broke his wrist.

It is not worth it. he said, his voice silent and solemn.

Wow, this guy was fuming with anger. She, for some reason, wanted to help him. He was cute, so that helped, but that wasn't the reason. He seemed like he needed someone, to either comfort him, or to beat the hell out of.

She saw as he went to punch the wall, but to no avail. He would have seriously hurt himself if his, friend wouldn't have stopped him. "I, I'm guessing that you need to take your frustration out, on something." She could be his comfort, or his punching bag, but she didn't say that. She could take a good beating, and not really get all that hurt.

Lucy sighed and laughed a bit. She didn't really know what to say, what to do even. She took another step closer to him. She could just, leave. Maybe that was what she was supposed to do. "It's fucking crazy what some people you love do to you, or people that you used to love." She snarled a bit. She still didn't know if she trusted her family.

Yeah. he said, still staring into Warrior's eyes. The creature seemingly did nothing but hold his hand tightly in the mid air, but as the seconds passed, his anger subdued, slowly vanishing into the thin air. William suspected it was either Warrior or Spirit drawing on his feelings since they always seemed to be able to handle them better than him, however, at this point, he didn't really care. He was just glad that the molten hot lava inside him was gone, at least for the moment.

Fucking crazy. he said, repeating her words as Warrior let go of his hand, letting it drop right back down to his side, since the creature was still a head taller than him.

What was your name again? he asked, turning towards the girl, now finally calm enough to realise that he hadn't even asked her something that simple in the first place.

She had totally forgotten that she didn't even know his name. She could have guessed it maybe, but she didn't want to. "Lucy." She said looking at him, and doing a half smile. 'At least he was calm enough to say that.' Lucy decided that she may as well say her last name too.

"Lucy Willright." She thought to herself. She wondered what his name was, so she nodded a bit and asked. "What's yours?" She redid her hair and then crossed her arms across her chest. She also wondered as to who the box was from. His father? Mother? Friend? Maybe it was another relative. Lucy wasn't going to get into that though.
