Rollin sat on the ground with his back against a tree, bare feet digging into the cool earth beneath. He wore black bondage pants and a dark gray t-shirt with "I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell" written on it in black sharpie. The boy's hair was dark brown and shaggy, hanging into his eyes and covering his eyebrows, which was all the better, considering a stud was peirced into the left one.

He sat with his knees drawn up to his chest and an elbow resting on his knee. On his outstreched finger perched a sparrow, twittering happily at him. Grinning, he shook his head and laughed. "He said -what-? Then what did you do?" Rollin asked the bird. The sparrow, who aparently understood him, went on chirping at him.

Linken was seen as she walked by the lawn in a hurry, not because she was late but because she didn’t like staying in a place for too long. The female was seen wearing a black long skirt that pinned up on the side, making it rise on a side and showing black legwarmers beneath with black ballerina like shoes. A white long sleeve shirt was seen as well with a black vest over it and a beret slanted upon her strawberry blonde hair.

She passed the male yet caught a glimpse of his shirt and was forced to edge backwards for a double take and right when that happened she heard the male speak and giggled.

I hope I’m not interrupting something but I had to say that I absolutely adore your shirt.

Rollin looked up, surpised. "Oh, thank you. I was listening to that song earlier, and I wanted a shirt that said it, so I just got a sharpie and wrote it." He admited, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. "I hope it isn't copywright infringment..." Coughing, he looked off to the side.

The bird, startled when Linkin appeared, sat perched in the tree above them, hopping around.

"Would you care to have a seat?" Rollin asked, grining a friendly grin.

Linken grinned and shrugged lightly.
I don't think cops hunt down teenagers because of heir shirts.
She said while giggling and shrugged.

Yeah I'm a bit addicted to the song but we shall not get into that.
She playfully declared as she turned to the bird and moved her head to a side cheerfully.

I'm sorry for interrupting your conversation. I'm Linken.
She said... to the bird. She then turned to Rollin and smiled again, showing that the introduction was for him too.

Rollin, slightly taken aback by Linkin's acceptance of his ability to commune with animals, coughed and silently beckoned the bird back down. Once the bird was once again perched on his finger, he said, "Very nice to meet you, Miss Linkin. I'm Rollin, and this little fellow, I can't pronounce his name in this langague. Would you mind if, for our purposes, I just called you Chirp?" The bird twittered at him and cocked tis head to the side.

"Alright then, Chirp it is." Turning back to Linkin, he grinned. "Yes, this is Chirp."

Linken giggled and shrugged.
Then maybe you should just say it in his. Right Chirp?
She said with a laughing lightly, mischief being evident.

Well it's a pleasure to meet you both. Now haven't we met before Chirp or was that your brother? I'm sorry I'm still trying to remember new faces around here.
She appologized and then looked at Rollin.

I'll take it as you're new as well?

Rollin blinked in evident confusion. He wasn't always the brightest crayon in the box... "Y... You can understand animals, too?!" He asked, eyes wide. "I'd say it in his language, but I can't really talk it, either. He laughed nervously and tried to explain. "Its kinda a telepathic thing..." Rollin said with half a shrug.

"Yeah, I'm new... Havn't been here for long at all. I don't know anyone yet." Explained the boy, rubbing the sparrow's chest with the back of one finger.

I can polymorph into different animals so I was born being able to understand them as well. Language barriers were too hard to handle so they kind of dissapeared.
She said lightly and with a light shrug.

Oh... I guess that explains some things.
She said with a small girn and a shrug of her own.

Wow, you're not the only one but I can't complain, I've never been surrounded by other people like me. It's exciting.

Rollin's eyes lit up when she said she could polymorph into animals. "So can I! Its alot easier with canines, 'specially wolves, but I can do it! You're the first person I ever met who could do it, too!" Excited, he laughed.

"Which one's your favorite animal?" He asked, completely forgetting about the other part of their conversation.

I don't know I like them all but I guess it's the tiger, though I tend to go around half transformed with the butterfly wings. Flying is just too addicting to leave.
She confessed. She had finally met some one similar.

You're the first person I've me too. This shall be fun.
She said clapping excitedly, almost seeming child like in form. So what if she was excited?
