Rollin raised his eyebrows, impressed. "Flight? I've only flown once, as a winged wolf, but useing two different shapes at once drained me alot. I'm trying to get my strength up so if I hold the shape for a long time it won't completely drain me." Explained the boy, grinning at her excited behavior.

"I've only ever given this form wolf ears or a tail, for extra hearing or balance. I've never thought about giving this form wings. I doubt I could get butterfly wings, though, like a farie." He said, laughing with her.

I'm a little fairy here I am.
She sung along to the tune of "I'm a little tea-pot"

She moved her head to a side and looked at him curiously.
Why don't you just turn into a bird?
She asked curiously, Linken didn't really know what it was to be attatched to one form.

What about dragonfly wings? I'd say bird wings but that would probably mean no arms for you and those come in handy.
She joked.

Rollin giggled at her fairy song and swayed his head back and forth in time with the song. "I would, but my magic works best with canines. I hear them clearest of all animals, and a wolf was the first animal I ever turned into. And I have to converse with an animal before I can take on its shape, so dragonfly wings might be out of the question. Can dragonflies talk to people?" He asked, head cocked to the side in a very canine fashion indeed.

Yeah, all animals comunicate, you just need to actually listen to what they have to say.
She said with a light shrug.

Or maybe I have spent way too much time with them.
She giggled as she realized he had been swaying his head to the beat.

Wow, head banging to a children song, I can die happy now.

He grinned a rather feral looking grin. "That's what I've been trying to tell people. To listen to the animals. Up 'till now, everyone thought I was just hearing things and thought me crazy." Rollin explained, still grinning his feral grin.

Then he laughed, "Oh yeah, rock on man. I always head bang to my favorite nursery rhymes and lullabies."

I'm still not over the fact that I actually met some one who knows what I'm talking about when I say this. She smiled excitedly. Her questioned insanity had crossed her mind several times, now she could remove skitzophrenia from the list and attemp to figure out if she had any of the other ones.

Totally, you know London Bridge? It's totally swell.
She said, trying to stop herself from giggling.

Hesitantly, Rollin grinned. "Yeah, me either. Its... its just, wow. Yeah." Laughing, he made the rock'n'roll sign. "My favorite's rock-a-by baby. Can't go wrong with that one!" He giggled, and wasn't at all horrified by that.

Wow, I have found my long lost twin or something.
She joked and shook her head at "rock-a-by baby". She had loved that song when she was a babe and could still be caught singing it every so often. What could she say? It was a well known fact Linken was a child at heart.

Nah, I think I'm more fond of Three blind mice. Poor little mice. I remember I used to leave cheese out on the porch in case they came up to my house by accident.

Rollin raised his eyebrows and laughed. "You left out cheese for them? That's so cute! When I was little, and in kindergarten, I'd bark at people. When the teacher's called my mom, she asked them, 'Well... did you tell him to stop?' And they replied. 'Yes. He growled at us'."

The sparrow, bored with their people talk, churped a farewell and flew off to a more pleasent pasttime: lunch.

Awww that's too cute. My mom had to stop me from jumping off the roof at one point. I had forgoten to open my wings. She said while laughing lightly and shaking her head.

She looked at the sparrow and couldn't help but chirp in return and then turn her attention back at Rollin.

So where do you come from?
