Rollin grinned with a melancholy sigh, and relaxing, leaning back against the tree again. "I'm from Texas. Texan, bord and bred. From a decent sized town right in the middle. My mom's name is Rose and my father's is George. My mother's full blooded native american, cheokee, but my father originates from england. So I'm half and half, but my grand parents, who live on a reserve in oklahoma, don't care at all. What about you? Where're you from?" He asked, grinning and happy that he, too, had found his 'long-lost-twin'.

Insanity? What's that?
She asked jokingly, now being able to cross skitzophrenia from her probable disorders list, yet she wasn't sure she could cross any others. She sighed softly. At least, if she was crazy then that meant she at least had another crazy friend and she wasn't alone.

That sounds like fun. I'm from Mexico. People just have to love that place.
She said happily.

Rollin grinned and brushed his hair out of his face, revealing a peirced eyebrow. "Beleive it or not, I've never been to Mexico. I've been to Las Vegas. But, other than here, those're all the places I've been to. They did send me to a doctor in California when I was little, but I don't remember that." He explained with a shrug.

"So, how'd you come to discover your powers? Or did you just always know?" He asked, genuinely interested.

Linken looked at him, slightly shocked.
And I believed everyone in Texas would have gone at least once to Mexico. Strange liquor rumors you know... Aw, Dr.? What did poor little Rollin have?
She said playfully, nudging him.

Uhm I guess it was when I jumped off a tree wanting to fly like any other kid tries at least once and being able to fly, though mom says that as a babe I used to polymorph a lot to try and squirm away from her so I guess I've always known, I just realized it wasn't an every-day thing later on.

Did you have a rude awakening or knew all along?
She asked curiously.

"Heh... I love to fly. Only done it once or twice. But I never jumped out of a tree trying to fly. More like ran around and growled at people." Explained Rollin with a laugh, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.

"It wasn't that kind of doctor. It was a head doctor." He said, tapping his forehead with a fist. "They thought I was crazy 'cause I was forever acting like a dog, and I'd go through long periods where all I'd do is act wild and feral. Scared my parents and teachers. I bit people alot. And they thought I heard voices, 'cause I was always talking to the animals." Laughing, he felt himself blush slightly.

"For me it was a rude awakening. Litteraly. I went to sleep that night, a few months ago, after one of my long, drawn in periods. I'd get like that for months, quite and brooding and not talking to anyone, and I hated myself for it. Doctors said I was bipolar. Boy were they wrong! Anyway, it was like that for a while, 'cept 'specially bad that day. I went to bed that night and dreampt I was a wolf. I woke up that morning transformed. Scared myself so bad that I changed back into human right away.

"For about a month it plauged me. Was it a dream, or real? So, finally, one day, I skipped school and went out into the little forest by our house. There, I sat, for a few hours, just meditating and breathing, and slowly, painstakingly, I took the form of a wolf agian. I went home as the wolf and scared my parents until I turned back into me infront of them. A week later, I was here. It all happened pretty fast..."

Aw, that's always fun but oh well, I shall make you jump some other time.
She said grinning.

Harsh. My parents freaked out when I was little but they grew used to it and prefered me coming here so Iw ould stop polymorphing without controling it. At least now they think I'm pretty when I turn into a butterfly, they didn't really like my catterpillar form and freaked out with the whole cacoon thing. It was kind of amusing to say the truth.

"Cacoon?" He asked, eyebrows raised. "That would scare me. Clausterphobia and all." The boy shuddered at the thought, then stood up, stretching.

"Well, I feel like I need a good run. Care to join me?" He asked, grinning. Before she could answer, however, he'd already begun to transform, fingers curling, palms thickening and clothing falling away. Once he was fully transformed into the wolf, he painstakingly gathered all of his clothing into his teeth and lept up into the lower branches of the tree. Pushing his clothing into a hollow there, he lept down again.

"I've been practicing combining two animal forms. This one appears wolf, but all the bones are hollow like a bird's." He said in the wolven body language, knowing Linken would understand him.

Yeah, it was kind of boring.
He said lightly.

Sure.
She saw him transformed and grinned as she began to form herself, she followed his suit into turning into a wolf, yet she was obviously more slender than he.

Oooh, careful with strong winds then.
She joked.
