I Just Want To Be With You...

"Cold," he admitted with somewhat of a laugh. "Do you mind if we go somewhere else?" He hoped that she wouldn't, seeing as how he didn't want either of them to get sick. And, well, he was sure that being in cold weather wouldn't exactly keep them healthy.

Nicolas shrugged his shoulders, honestly not really knowing. "I don't know, nor do I really care," he said, standing up, and offering her a hand to help her up as well. "Do you have any place in mind? If not, then we can just walk around." He smiled at her, not caring what they did as long as they were together.

Nicolas merely put his hand in his pocket when she didn't take it. He had sort of forgotten she was blind and couldn't have seen it... oops. Oh, well. He returned her smile, and slowly shook his head. "Don't apologize. It's ok. How about we just walk around for a while, then head back to the school? I think we can last a little bit longer in the cold." He laughed softly, taking her hand in his like he had before, beginning to walk slowly.

Nicolas put his free hand in his pocket as well, not wanting to get cold either. He nodded when she said that what he had said sounded good, and walked off of the dock. As soon as they were on solid ground, he looked around, beginning to walk in a random direction, walking at a little bit slower than normal pace. He couldn't help it that he wanted to spend as much time with her as he could, and the slower they walked, the more time they could be together.
