Job hunting seemed like a daunting task for anyone to tackle on their own, regardless of age. Alain had offered to help a new friend he'd met find a job. As much as he enjoyed working at Jack's he understood that it really wasn't for everyone. There were a few places he had in mind based off of some of what she'd said at the community center.

He sat at the designated meeting spot, glancing around periodically. Rosalee claimed she was a werewolf, but something about that didn't sit quite right with him. He'd give her the benefit of the doubt for now. He figured whatever she was hiding she had her reasons. Everyone seemed to have something around here. Her thing was that weird scent of hers. Maybe it was some bonus ability she'd gotten from being a werewolf, but she didn't smell like one. In fact, he couldn't put a finger on what he was smelling when he caught a whiff of her. Normally he had a general idea with what people were.

He checked his phone for the time, and looked around. She'd probably show up pretty soon.

Rosalee didn't know why she put herself in these situations. She'd jumped at the chance to find a job when Alain offered to help--except her specifications weren't exactly easy to find. Or something a werewolf would want. Calm, non-threatening, very few demons if at all possible...She was only hoping she didn't make a fool of herself today; he couldn't know what she was at all costs.

Rosie showed up dressed probably nicer than she should have been, her phone in hand as she repeatedly checked to make sure she wasn't getting lost. She looked up and and finally spotted Alain where he said he'd be. She brightened and lifted a hand to wave, calling out to him.

"Hey! I didn't keep you waiting, did I?" she said as she approached him. "Thanks for um, agreeing to help me with the job search thing. It means a lot."

"Oh wow, no worries I wasn't waiting long anyway."

Alain once again found himself subconsciously trying to get a feel for her scent. Still weird, it was fine, just strange. She was probably a bit over dressed, but it was better than looking like she rolled out of bed. She was ready to find a job.

"So I figure quieter places like those hole in a wall book stores and places would be a good start. People tend to be more relaxed and all. And I'll say honestly, with the demon thing, they're kinda part of the population. Can't really super avoid 'em you know? Most of em aren't really bad though."

Alain had gotten straight to it--Rosie hadn't expected otherwise, but it still caught her off-guard. She scratched the back of her neck and nodded, glancing down. "Yeah, I know. I just got a weakness to demons and places they use their magic more than once or twice is all, so I want to try and avoid that...as much as possible, anyways."

She glanced up and around them, then back to Alain. Her scent was still unplaceable; that much hadn't changed since the last time he saw her. "Where are we going first? I-I look okay, right? I know it's a bit farmy, but I don't have anything else for an interview," she said, picking at the skirt of her dress.
