She shuddered, getting herself under control. The emotion disappeared from her face. She held out her wrists. "Go ahead, clap 'em on. I may as well get used to them." she said dully, a smirk on her face.

She shook her head, tossing her hair out of her face without using her hands. A talent she'd developed ages ago. The hair flipped and settled behind her ears. "So, do I get to know the name of my hunter?" she asked easily, completely at ease with the situation, making direct eye contact with him.

All her cheerful facial features hid the fact that in her mind, she was thinking, 'I hope you die.' and other such things.

"Go ahead, clap 'em on. I may as well get used to them."

He put one hand cuff on her hand and one on his. He had learned that handcuffing the victum was stupid unless you were handcuffed to them. So what if she could slap him or punch him, it was a matter of security as well as for her own protection.

"So, do I get to know the name of my hunter?"

"Lieutenant Russell." He said with a salute, he was used to the salute so it came naturally. He led her towards the base, he knew a small base that was only a few miles walk. Even though it was a temporary base, seeing miltary wasn't part of the island's law. But it had been needed on this matter. He knew she had hostile feelings towards him but it didn't matter to him at all.

He continued to lead her along, he was a Lieutenant at a young age but he deserved it. His aim was for General or higher. He was a proud young man always aiming for something higher, with respect for people. He wanted to become someone who helped people and protected them.

TIMEJUMP!!

She slouched low in her seat, watching as the corporal dial the number she'd given him with emotionless, hooded eyes. "It's not gonna work. He'll holler at you. Hang up on you, and order a million dollar hit on me." She crossed her arms, and crossed her legs slouching lower in her seat. "I'll be free reign for every weapon on the planet in half an hour after this stupid call."

She brushed hair out of her eyes and pursed her lips in annoyance, pieces of her body flickering in and out of visibility, the only sign of her unease. Everything else in her body was pieceful.

Benito picked up the phone. "This is Benito. Talk to me." he said in his typical way, in an accent similar to Frankie's, though his had a slight tinge of Spanish mixed into it.

Armand stood nearby at a attention position, he always seemed to be standing up straight at attention ready for anything. He was always formal and never looked his age in his actions. His eyes watched Frankie as she talked on the phone, he'd undo the handcuffs after this call.

He hoped that 'Honest-Abe' would pity his only daughter and stop his stupidity. Armand didn't figure that a person would really send people to kill their own daughter. But then again this man was flithy rich, more like flithy if he was to send people to kill his daughter. He waited listening to the conversation for developements. An earpiece was perched against his ear so he could hear the conversation so the girl couldn't lie to him.

"Dad. It's Frankie." she said into the phone, allowing some unease into her voice, mostly for effect.

"Frankie. You don't sound ok. What'd goin' on." her father's voice came across the line, and she winced. He wasn't worried. He was threatening.

"The Coppers kidnapped me. Look dad, they're threatening a whole lot of stuff against me if you don't do what they ask." she said, allowing more emotion into her voice, though her face never changed.

"You shouldn't have stayed alive." her father's voice came across the line, deathly calm, and Frankie shuddered involuntarily, trying not to whimper. "They're listening in." he added, knowledge on his voice. "Well listen to this, feds. I DON'T TAKE ORDERS FROM CLONES! THEY TAKE ORDERS FROM ME!" and then there was a click.

She hung up the phone, shivering, and allowing the whimper to pass her lips. She stood then, walking calmly over to Lieutenant Russel. "Told you so. For what it's worth, I hope you die." And then she threw a heavy punch at his face.

Armand took the punch his face didn't change, he put the ear piece down. "Miss Ramirez, I appoligize. I'll personally ensure your safety, we'll get you back to your dorm so you can rest. I'll arrange some agreement with Headmistress Jenkins. Corporal!" He said waving down to his Corporal with a swift one way wave. "Corporal, did you get the tracking device?" The corporal nodded handing two small devices and their reciever device. He gave her a small chiplike clip.

"Put this on, if you put it in a unthought of place it's usually not removed by the enemy. I'll be wearing one as well so if we were to get separated you could find me without having the confusion of running through the woods unguarded. He handed her the device that looked like a cellphone. This is a cellphone/GPS you'll be able to find me or help if something happens." He looked towards her pockets, "If you have a weapon such as a gun feel free to ask the Corporal for more ammo." He unlocked the handcuffs.

"And ma'am you can rest assured, everyone dies eventually. And I will protect you with my life." He said with a bow of his head.

Frankie clenched her fists. He was so calm. Her whole body tensed, and then she relaxed, taking the chip from his hand. She accepted the phone, and waited for him to unlock her cuffs.

She turned on her heel from him, and, not needing and privacy, raised her shirt and slipped it into her undergarments. And then she dropped her shirt back into place, turning to face him again. "Geez you're an idiot. I've been aprehended enough to know I get in trouble for posession of weapons. The only weapon I had was the one I kicked over to you." She held up her hand, staring at it like it was the enemy. It was shaking. She shoved it into her pocket.

"I need some food. And I'd like a gun. And you'd better pray whoever finds us first is the amateur." she said levelly, face going cold. Her breath slowed, and her eyes drained of any emotional life. The change was immediate, and shockingly obvious.

She flopped her short form into a chair and pulled her knees to her chest. "May as well just let me go..Most of these guys have more knowledge than you. That way you can keep on being a Dog of the Military. Maybe take down my father." she dropped her chin to her chest, a shower of lavender covering her face.

Her shoulders jerked slightly, but her breathing was level. She wasn't crying. She knew she was going to die. She was in shock. And her bloodsugar was crashing. She'd lost the energy to even hate. Her shoulders shook again and she turned dull eyes again. "I need food. Now." she said shakily, before dipping her head back down, lavender showering again.

"Then let's head to the cafeteria and then we'll get you two new guns with ammo." He said to her, noting she didn't looked too good. She looked sick, he looked kinda weak. This was shocking to the miltary boy, he wondered if the overwealmingness of her father wanting to kill her had just gotten to her.

"May as well just let me go..Most of these guys have more knowledge than you. That way you can keep on being a Dog of the Military. Maybe take down my father."

He looked at her, "No, you need protection. We'd have no proof if you died, and if you died I'd never be able to sleep at night. I promise you I will do my best to protect you. I won't let anyone hurt you Miss Ramirez."

"I need food. Now."

He knew there was no food in this section of the base, he looked at her and said something quickly. "Forgive me Miss Ramirez." He tooked her in his arms and ran towards the food area of the base. He had a comrade like her, if he ever had too low blood sugar he'd shake and then either go into a coma or something. That's why he was always beside him, he wondered why the girl was like that so soon. Had she even eaten all day? He sighed as he ran, soon they reached the room. He placed her in a chair and told the food provider about it. The food provider came with some food as well as a small clean needle and bottle. "Do you ever take the sugar you need from a needle?" He asked the girl quickly. He knew it would help her more quickly and get the sugar in her blood before she could go into shock.

He had been a food provider that had been studying to be a medical doctor. He knew most of the important things about medical care in emergencies as well as rare medical care. He knew most people with sugar problems weren't allowed to stay in the miltary unless they were important and irreplaceable.

Seeing the girl was too far in the shock to eat and get it in time he drew some of the liquid sugar into the needle then pierced it into her arm whilst the Lieutenant held her still so she wouldn't cause bodily harm to herself. The food provider injected the sugar into her blood stream and the Lieutenant let go of his hold. The food provider watched her making sure she recovered in time and didn't need anything else.

"Charlie, I need to prepare some things so I can keep a close eye on her. Can you stay with her and make sure she doesn't leave the base without me. Also make sure she gets all the food she wants."

((Sorry if the injection was against your plan. >.> I can take it out if you didn't want it for her.))

She couldn't even protest when he lifted her, the shakes wracking her body now. When he mentioned a needle, she whimpered slightly, but didn't say anything, knowing that he was right. When he brought out the needle, panic rose in her chest, and she tried to squirm out of his grasp, tears springing into her eyes. It was an automatic response, and she closed her eyes, whimpering some more, tears streaming out of the corners of her eyes.

She felt the needle puncture, and she closed her eyes tighter, trying not to cry. She felt her shaking start to subside, and she opened her eyes again, tears trickling down. She waited until Armand had left the room and then she snapped at the man he left behind. "I won't leave. Just don't freaking look at me. It's creepy." she growled, lashing out in anger from her fear. She turned her back on him, keeping her shoulders steady as she allowed her tears to flow freely down her face. Her shoulders sagged, and she moved over to the wall, splaying her fingers on it to hold herself up. Her entire body flickered from visible to invisible, like a TV that was breaking up, but she was silent.

"I won't leave. Just don't freaking look at me. It's creepy."

The cook placed some food in front of her, it was a burger. Some salad and fries, it wasn't the healthiest. But it would help her blood sugar remain high enough that she didn't have a relapse. He sat next to her, "What did Armand do to you? Did he try to kiss you?" The guy said with a chuckle, he never got to learn much about Armand so he thought he'd pry.

"Heh... Guess he's not as dreamy with girls as we all thought. So did he even try to make a move or no? He's always so army centered, I guess that's what you get when you have no parents and are brought up by the General of the army. He even shines his shoes each day, most just do it when it's needed. He does everything by the book. He never brings his girlfriends to any social events, heh... it's got to be impossible for a guy like that to not have one. Or maybe that's why he's such a bookhead." He said with a chuckle, he wasn't watching her. He was just trying to find out info and help cheer her up.
