How coincidental.

Catherine let out a shaky breath. "Where are you going?" she asked. "To your old house?" If that was the case, she would tell everyone she had to leave and follow after him as soon as she could.

Catherine sighed. Well this sucked. She went back into the school, sighing when she saw the class. Were they really that, well, for lack of a better phrase, crazy about her? Before any of them got a chance to say something, she spoke first. "I don't feel well... I'm not staying."

No one knew that she was a vampire, no one knew that she didn't get sick. Or could she, since she was a blood melder? She was going to have to ask Jira.

One of the girls protested and grabbed Catherine's arm, trying to pull her toward the classroom. But the little blonde girl only yanked her arm away and started walking toward the school exit. To be in a place where one was loved or hated because of how well they did academically and how much money they had was a place where she didn't want to be.

As she walked, she decided to catch up to Soahc. And she would make sure everyone knew it, too. "Soahc, wait up!" she called, though her pace didn't quicken. She had to act like she really didn't feel well.

So he was ignoring her? Alright, well, then she would catch up to him. Catherine jogged up to him and walked next to him, looking at him. "Hi," she said, even though they had been talking for a while before and it probably wasn't needed.

Catherine just smiled still. "I thought I could help you find some place to say," she whispered back. "Just because THEY don't care about you anymore doesn't man that I don't."

Catherine narrowed her eyes defiantly. "No," she said quietly. "Maybe I'll let you live on your own, but I won't leave you be, as you put it. Fair enough?"
