Why should you care what someone says if they don't like you, or if they don't even want to try and get to know you?" That was how Catherine figured it. "Why should you care about their thoughts if they don't care about you?"

Catherine shook her head again. "Then just screw what they say!!" she said. "None of them know you! Just because everyone says something doesn't mean that it's true!" She looked up at him now, not going to look at the ground again. She had a point to prove and she was going to prove it, no matter what.

"Why should you change yourself for others?!" Catherine asked. She was trying to stay calm, but she was slowly becoming angry. "You should be who YOU want to be, not what others want you to be! It's YOUR life, not theirs, so why care what they say, what they think, what they want of you?!"

The next time they said anything to him, Catherine was definitely going to hurt them. Physically or mentally she wasn't sure yet. "They don't have the right to," she said. "But why should you satisfy them by becoming something that you aren't? Then they'll just want to use you."

"So what?" He said looking away like hsi life had no real value. "Atleast I make their lives a small bit easier and a small part of them wants me to do something so im not entirly useless." He said looking away

"But they don't care," she said. "They'd get bored of you eventually and start using someone else." Catherine paused for a few moments. "You're a person, not an object. Objects used, people shouldn't be. And you have worth, everyone does. Never think that you're worthless."

"Why because I cant even hit a stupid target? Fight for myself? Talk for myself? What can I do that shows I have worth." He said having a feeling she might hesitate which was the only answer he needed...
