How Batty Got Her Groove Back

Leeroy
Leeroy is a well-respected yet lonely teacher who's spent his years on the island keeping anyone and everyone at an arm’s length away. There are things from his past he needs to confront in order for him to truly live up to his full potential. Some thoughts I had on this are:

• Blast to the Past: Got a teacher/citizen who’s been here since the 90s? Wanna play a thread in the past with baby Leeroy? Here’s your chance! I want to do a throwback rp with Leeroy in his teenhood when he was fresh off the boat from home. This could establish a future relationship with him as well.
• Sparring partners: He’s started to frequent the arena to test his powers.
• Prodige/adopted kid: Taking care of someone else is a good catalyst to looking out for yourself!

Loralei
Loralei is a genie and mother who’s just making her way out into the world following school. She’s pretty open at the moment, which gives her plenty of options:

• Fierce rivalry: Conceited mythical creature who claims to be better at magic? Scorned former client? Uppity PTA parent? If she crosses their path, it’s on-site. Loralei’s got a sassy mouth (and her signature diamond-ring uppercut) that gets her into all sorts of heat.
• Girl Gang: Loralei needs some friends to make bonds and break rules. She’s truly chaotic neutral, with (some) good tendencies.
• Adventures: She’s an on-the-go-gal, and whether it be supermarket hijinks or AU experiments, she can roll with any punches.

Cyril/Lyric
Two twins with radically different personalities. Now that they’re adults, they’ll need some folks to guide them through the pains of young adulthood.

• Coworkers: Cyril and Lyric work at the local fast-food joint. They’d lose their minds without someone to pass the time with.
• Fellow brocollicats: If u kno what I mean ;))))
• Love Interest?

Marigold
Marigold’s adjusted well to her time on the island (and as a freak of nature) and has made something of herself. But she’s never satisfied with “just settling”. Will that come to bite her on her steer rear?

• Music Manager: it’s no secret that she wants to be a country star. But who’s gonna take her to the top? She’d give anything to be something, and there are people out there who want to exploit that….
• Fellow Farmers: Marigold lives out in the quiet farmlands of the island, tending to her garden and playing guitar while she brews sun tea. She tends to form immediate kinship to like-minded country folk, and I would love to do a thread that explores these themes. Barn raising? Livestock wrangling? Pesky vermin? She’s down to make a difference in her community.

Confetti
A clown who could really use a laugh. Or an exciting medical case.

• Medical Drama: Got a doctor on the island? Let’s do a cool hospital thread! Explore medical anomalies, get treatment, all the fun with 0 the scientific accuracy!
• Big Trouble in Little Pierrot: If possible, I’d love a thread that takes place in New Pierrot City. Maybe Connie/fellow clowns can serve as an ambassador for the island?

Alani
I haven’t gotten the chance to thread with my gorgon girl yet, let’s change that! I’m interested in:

• Spicy interviews: Alani is obsessed with the social workings on the island that she features on her podcast. Spill the beans and she’ll be there to pick them up.
• Vigilante journalism: Is there something that the island holds that she or any other students shouldn’t know about? That doesn’t stop Lani from getting to the truth!
• Girlfriend: She’s the Sssss in Ssssapphic.
